Literally, no significant goals will be achieved without it.
2. Stop giving up.

Next time you feel some resistance, push through it.

That fear is just camouflaged growth waiting for you.
3. Keep your word.

You promise yourself you're going to lose 30 pounds?

I don't care if the world explodes: you keep that word.
4. 80% clean eating, 20% 'fun' foods.

Why? Because I want you to stay fit FOREVER.

You will only stay fit if the lifestyle is sustainable.
5. Two meals a day.

Unlearn your 'grazing' habits.

We weren't designed to eat 6-8 times a day.
6. Eat foods that exist in nature.

Potatoes, apples, lettuce, steak, and eggs exist in nature.

Spam, vegan burgers, pizzas, etc. don't exist in nature.

Simple!
7. Focus on adding strength.

Want to burn more fat simply by sitting on your ass?

Add muscle.

3 strength training sessions a week should do.
8. Don't out-cardio your diet.

Results are made in the kitchen, not on the treadmill.

Go for brisk 40 minute walks daily and shred that fat.
9. Sleep 7-9 hours consistently.

Nope, you're not built differently.

You want results and sustain them? Sleep more.
10. Track your calories.

Yea, I wish it were different but it's simple:

Data = winning.

Do this consistently, and I will *GUARANTEE you'll reach your weight goals.

(in 99% of cases)
