Want to increase your store’s conversion rate? Make your product page SKIMMABLE
This is a small change that can make a huge difference
THREAD
In ecom no one’s reading every word on your product page. 95% of the time they’re SKIMMING, which means your page should be structured to reflect that
Easiest way to do that is to treat your headlines as if they were the ONLY words you get to sell your product
Example 👇
Check out this product description from westhikers.co (specifically the headlines)
“Benefits of Mattress Pro”
“Our Guarantee”
These headlines are used as a table of contents, not a selling tool
This is a huge waste because as we mentioned 95% of people just skim, which means these headlines are some of the most VALUABLE real estate on our entire product page
How to make them better?
Use them to SELL your product, not just as a table of contents
Quick example 👇
“Benefits of Mattress Pro”
→ “The #1 Outdoor Camping Mattress”
“Our Guarantee”
→ “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, Or Your Money Back”
Intersperse these types of benefit-driven headlines with visual content that demonstrates your product (example above already does great job)… and you have a winning combo
Ideally someone should be able to land on your product, skim the headlines + content, and in <1 minute COMPLETELY understand what you're offering + why they should buy it
Quick example but hope it’s valuable

The best kept secret in e-commerce? Products with BUILT-IN demand
I accidentally discovered this in 2018 and it completely changed the way I find products to sell (not to mention generated me over $1M+ in sales)
Forget “winning products” — this is way easier
THREAD
This is a method for finding products to sell with e-commerce / dropshipping
The basic concept is instead of selling any random product, you sell a product that “piggybacks” off an existing (often expensive) product that’s ALREADY popular
This usually takes the form of an accessory or upgrade
(If someone spent hundreds or thousands of dollars on a product, a $30 accessory that improves it or makes it more unique is a pretty easy sell)
Gonna go on a walk downtown to check out the protests, what should I wear so I look the least white possible? Cowboy boots are definitely out and I can’t find my Jordan’s
Welp nothing exciting to report yet just a bunch of ppl standing around chanting and blocking the road occasionally
Drone coming out tonight tho will report back
Of course the minute I leave they’re throwing tear gas and shit is getting violet smh I’d be a terrible reporter
