The only losers here are domestic manufacturers from India. A government that was about governing would compensate them too. And finish this whole nightmare for like $50-60 billion tops. Not exactly bank breaking for a 2.5 trillion economy. But they are not into governing.

What should be the biggest headline in every newspaper is that US cdc data shows that out of 10 crore mRNA vaccinated people, only 700 were hospitalized in 5 months! And it costs ₹1500 as opposed to the far far less effective ₹900 ones in India.
