because there's a magician named rick lax who has a web of viral content pages, a subset of which is "thin white women do gross shit to food." this lady is a magician's assistant & part of the content network
@broderick busted this wide open last month & i clicked on this vid, thought "i bet the evil magician is doing this," and sure enough a bit of linkedin and fb snooping confirmed it google.com/amp/s/www.eate…
its just very funny to me that the answer to "why are there all these gross food videos everywhere" is, drectly, "a sinister magician"
also i found this video on the peanut butter lady's facebook page, which is basically the content-mine equivalent of idk, blood diamonds or cesium m.facebook.com/story.php?stor…
a footnote: apparently the magician also went to law school and innovated a bizarre tactic known as the "rocket boots defense"

i did an 8 minute interval and only *felt* like throwing up, did not actually throw up, so thats a bonus
running is hard 😫 and its taken me 8 weeks to do 5 "weeks" of the couch to 5k program 😩 but i like empirical evidence that my body can do more stuff 🤗 and i hope it helps with mood things and anxiety eventually 🤗
(the stats here are slightly misleading, it was a 5 minute running interval, 3min walk, 8min run, 5min walk, 5min run)

I think expecting people to instantly give up on 15 months of fundamental changes to their behavior and lives, and pathologizing and mocking any hesitancy, is unrealistic, cruel and frankly bizarre
"look at these freaks still being cautious while people are literally still dying of a once in a century pandemic"

hey @Postmates_Help i tried to cancel this order 3 times with its obviously wildly inflated charge unsuccessfully. the liquor store told me the total was $74. what's good????

an EPA lawyer just called me to ask me to call off a FOIA request i made in 2017 (!) that was never honored. it was about a smear campaign the EPA conducted about an AP reporter during Hurricane Harvey. they may be "drowning" in the backlog but im not calling it off
they may be inundated by a reckless administration's stonewalling but the solution is not to cajole people into dropping their FOIA requests
i wanted all internal correspondence about this scandal. and i still do!! the trump era doesn't just get to be memory holed google.com/amp/s/www.wash…
