Our fears surrounding failure are so much worse when they are stuck inside our heads.
When you write them down and approach them methodically and logically, suddenly they feel much less overpowering.
9. Combat Your Crutches
If you think that you have a fear of failure, you need to identify the behaviors that enable it. Then, you have to combat your crutches.
If u procrastinate, enlist the help of some focus tools.
If you’re too niche for your own good, expand ur horizons.
10. Follow Successful People in Your Field
Another popular strategy is to inspire yourself with the stories of successful people who failed.
You might be motivated by Michael Jordan quotes or lists of entrepreneurs who tackled catastrophes on their way to triumph.
