Khalif Ali: Unless I misread the Constitution, which I doubt I have, Trump cannot be reinstated. If there's an installation of a dictator, that might be a different question. We'd all like to move on from this.

Khalif Ali: The judges were outraged that Trump's cases were even brought to them. It was a waste of taxpayers' money and of everyone's time.

Khalif Ali: We are concerned about the idea of any elected official who's calling into question an election. Too many of us have diminishing confidence in these processes, and that's dangerous.

Khalif Ali: I can say, & there are other independent entities that've said the same thing, that there was no fraud in the 2020 election. It was a free & fair election.

Khalif Ali: Republicans didn't allow for pre-canvassing, so we couldn't get a good feel for what the mail-in ballots were until that evening.

Khalif Ali: Oregon, Washington are states that have long had voting by mail with no real issues. The rest of us are still catching up. We can't let things regress.

Khalif Ali: The mail-in ballots are a great process. I didn't get my ballot but I was easily able to go to my polling station, explain what happened, and fill out a ballot.

Khalif Ali: We have to get back to a point where we understand what democracy truly is. It's not a matter of "I didn't get what I wanted so democracy is broken." We don't rip down the system because we didn't get what we wanted.

Khalif Ali: I don't believe there's a chance Mastriano will make the cut in PA. We have to be able to hold our elected officials to a higher standard. It's CRITICAL now, especially in light of what's been going on.
