Scott Dworkin: Just say that you want to stall so they can't have a vote. We're stuck with Manchin. I want to thank Manchin & Sinema--they'll be the impetus. I wouldn't be surprised if Sinema becomes an independent. We can primary them & win.

Sarah Burris: Sinema will have to get her $ from PACs because there are no small donors who will fund her. If she's going to obstruct governing, she shouldn't be part of our party. Leadership needs to tell her to go--maybe that'll snap her back to reality

Scott Dworkin: I think overall, the infrastructure bill will pass and will be fine. The one thing that will stall it is Repub talking points of bridges & roads being infrastructure but broadband isn't.
