40/ PATH TO PINK: We have been informed that these are next steps to move forward At present, we believe these to be the next important steps to move forward as a public entity, & we are working w our legal counsel to complete the following, this is what has & will happen.

41/ The previous OTC Markets application filed by Labor Smart, Inc. (not us) was not approved. We are working to refile the application and have OTC Markets accept the new Takeover Industries application.

42/ Once OTC Markets allows us to file the application it will be filed. Legal is on it & @MSKLLP #NewYork will provide the necessary legal opinion letter required by #OTC Markets.

43/ When company is current on #OTC Markets (PINK), the company intends to take the necessary steps to also become registered w/ Securities & Exchange Commission (#SEC).

44/ As part of this process, the company will file an application with FINRA in order to change the company name and stock symbol. New symbol will better represent our market.

45/ We understand that our shareholders are excited for the new developments. We are diligently working to complete this process as soon as possible. We have been informed that we can meet any filing deadlines.
