1. There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things that are beyond the power of our will.

8. Accept things as they are.
If you try to change something that you really can’t change, then you’ll just be creating unnecessary stress.
9. Taking a break may mean that you can perform much better afterward.
Even just ‘taking five’ can recharge your batteries and give you greater clarity of thought.
Relaxation will help your body return to its normal healthy state.
10. Practice belly breathing
- Sit down on a comfortable, flat surface.
- Release your shoulders into a relaxed position.
- Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.
- Breathe in through your nose for two seconds, feeling the air push your stomach outwards. Your chest should remain still while your stomach expands.
- Purse your lips while pressing lightly on your stomach. Then, exhale for two seconds.
11. Write down how you’re feeling
Jot a few notes to yourself… about the things that you have done, not the things you worry about or where you have struggled.
Remembering the good is a great way to combat anxiety, as is writing down what you’re experiencing.
12. Go easy on yourself, everything will be alright.

2. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells
