NEW: @Sen_JoeManchin tells reporters he has delivered a list of voting provisions he supports and opposes in FTPA and did NOT today rule out voting for a modified bill
Asked if this document includes any mention of the filibuster or any change in his attitudes thereon, he said no. but it does open the possibility that next week's vote could be a straight party line affair.
NEW details per 2 Dem aides:
Manchin is on board with early voting standards, ending gerrymandering.
BUT he wants voter ID mandate and opposes universal mail voting and public financing.
AND he's not budging on filibuster -- he thinks this could get 60. washingtonpost.com/politics/manch…
FULL Manchin doc on voting legislation...
Notable:
-Voter ID would include "allowable alternatives"
-Ban computer-aided redistricting
-"Ensure single-candidate super
PACs do not operate as arms of campaigns"
-wants "objective measures" to determine VRA preclearance (i.e., seems to have moved away from 50-state idea)
Correction: Manchin idea is not to ban computer aided redistricting but instead use computer models (ostensibly calibrated for compactness or other factors) to draw lines.
Procedural developments this evening: Schumer has set the table for next week's FTPA vote by filing a fresh bill incorporating all cmte changes (which were not adopted in the evenly split Rules cmte) and teeing it up for the floor.
The expectation is this would be the vehicle for any changes @Sen_JoeManchin would seek, though it remains likely Republicans would simply filibuster the motion to proceed to the bill.

NEW: Senate just unanimously passed a bill to make Juneteenth a federal holiday. @SenRonJohnson lifted his hold earlier today. House would still have to pass but a major advance.
NB: House Dem aide says leadership is "supportive" but still reviewing the Senate-passed bill. Not inconceivable this could pop up on the suspension calendar next week and have a presidential sig by Fourth of July.
Inside the Senate, Dems largely held their fire and urged cooperation. “If we’re going to shut down the Senate and not do anything big between now and next election, we might as well hand the election to the Republicans,” said @ChrisMurphyCT. washingtonpost.com/politics/manch…
Outside the Senate, liberals let it rip. Many aired frustration with Manchin -- and Biden too. @RepMondaire said POTUS "must use the resources available to him to negotiate a deal" with Manchin. “As yet, this president has not risen to the occasion.” washingtonpost.com/politics/manch…
Just about the only drama today surrounding the @mtgreenee cmte vote is whether she in any way says out loud what she told her colleagues behind closed doors last night -- that she regretted her past remarks.
And we're now about to find out!
Greene on the House floor: "You only know me by how ... the mainstream media is portraying me. .... What you need to know about me is I'm a very regular American, just like the people I represent in my district, and most people across the country."
With House Rs now voting on Cheney, clear that @GOPLeader made the politically obvious choice: Keep the tent big, even if it's messy inside.
With majority just out of grasp, best to keep both the @mtgreene & @Liz_Cheney wings in the fold, even if it means a 2-yr high-wire act.
>@GOPLeader after tonight's meeting: "This Republican party is a very big tent. Everyone is invited in. ... We continue to grow, and in two years, we'll be the majority."
>@RepMcGovern kicks off Rules meeting on MTG with this:
"We have never had a hearing like this one before. ... The first reason is that we have never had a member like this before." Calls her rhetoric "truly sick stuff."
More McGovern: "It is not about canceling anybody with different political beliefs. It is about accountability and about upholding the integrity and the decency of this institution. If this isn't the bottom line, I don't know where the hell the bottom line is."
>@TomColeOK04 rebuts: "I find CW Greene's comments deeply offensive... However, the action the majority is taking today raises questions that have nothing to do with CW Greene but concern the institution as a whole." Wants referral to Ethics Cmte.
