Here's how this could work 1/ If party members ask themselves under each heading: what big changes do working class voters around me want under these 6 headings ....

2/ Then choose just 2 policies for each heading: then communicate them - and nothing else - relentlessly, building activist campaigns around them...

3/ Then lose two and put the remaining 10 in order of priority, allocating a fiscal stimulus of £200bn/year to the list ... and commit to nothing else ...

4/ call it the Nye Bevan principle - the programme comes from what the masses want and the religion of socialism is the language of priorities...

5/ the important thing is to let voters themselves formulate the demands and priorities - not think tanks, pressure groups and activists ... my guess is the results would be radical and doable... eg...

6/ for example
(i) Enhanced collective bargaining rights for all workers
(ii) Mass subsidised installation of green home heating systems
(iii) Total change of policing priorities towards personal safety, home security and scammers
Etc...
