3/ We continue our long-standing litigation against SOS to get the touchscreens banned in GA.

We've proven to the Court that the system is deeply flawed, as was the DRE system banned in 2019.

4/ Our attorneys and experts have invested millions of $$ of their time in fighting the state re: the highly vulnerable voting system, trying to ensure evidence-based elections in GA.

We've only been able to pay a fraction of their fees and expenses. (Hint--we need your help!)

5/ We were compelled to fight the unconstitutional SB202 bill this spring.

We saw a gap that no other org was filling-- State's attempt to take over county bipartisan boards, and also block transparency and intimidate voters.

We organized and sued!

6/ We @CoalitionGoodGv cannot stand by and permit voters to risk being intimidated by being charged with a felony in the polling place just by looking around the room.

7/ Our legal team answered the call again and got a court hearing for July 1 to ask the court to address voter intimidation, transparency shut down, and infringements on freedom of the press immediately.

8/ We're also challenging the new rule that ballot applications must be in 11 days before the election. In the case of runoffs, it makes getting a mail ballot impossible once runoff is official.

Next phase of case (not expedited) will challenge the state takeover provisions.

9 / And intense discovery has begun in our lawsuit against the state on the BMD machines as we will prove that they cannot be relied on to produce verifiable results.

Our experts are busy analyzing data for presentation to the court. Expensive work!
