CoVid is airborne via aerosols. You need vaccines, masks, and ventilation (or air cleaners) to stop transmission.

Dr. Huffman knows aerosols. You should listen to him.
Shared bedrooms are not a good idea. But if you are going to, please put a portable HEPA air cleaner in between the roommates. Or next to each bed. Image
Plexiglass stops droplets. Not aerosols.

A far better idea is to move all of that equipment outside.

Or remove all of the windows, AND put portable HEPA air cleaners between each machine. Image
Having shared dining facilities with plexiglass between each seat?

Please see previous tweet. Image
If you proceed as planned, well, ever hear of the Munich games?

The phrase "only 11 died in Munich" will become synonymous with these Olympics.

And you will be the new leader of this article on the 5 worst Olympics in history.

Excellent rebuttal to "SARS-CoV-2 routes of transmission and recommendations for preventing acquisition: joint British Infection Association (BIA), Healthcare Infection Society (HIS), Infection Prevention Society (IPS) and Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath) guidance

Some of those who have RT'd the Bak et al (2021) - you should read this thread, as your citation had feet of clay, and it just crumbled.

Well, just tried to get a booster through my local health clinic. I am immunocompromised and my girlfriend has to go back into the office.

Nope.

Doctors can be so arrogant, and in this case I had to break out the stats.

Won the argument, but this clinic can't do it.

.
So, got a completely useless recommendation to the Infectious Diseases unit who can override the CDC recommendations.

3 months out.

Well...thanks to @DraganOrlich, time to just drive to see an out of the way pharmacy and get it.

Will have to lie, which I am not a fan of.

But.
If the CDC can lie about masks for 4 months.

If they can lie about the impact to kids to force schools to restart on the behalf of the Walton's and Kochs.

If they can push through the Demasking of America, for why? Still not sure?

Then, I can certainly lie to protect myself.

Demasking America. Done by @CDCDirector , #HenryWalke, in a stunning abrogation of their responsibilities to Americans.

To public health.

This is a barn-burner. A must read.

A few highlights.
Ed pointed out something that I had been searching for both in reading and in my writing.

Walensky framed the demasking in terms of individual responsibility.
Her nauseating tweet from the stately pleasure domes of the elites' Xanadu.

My apologies for a RT of a RT of a RT - required because commenting directly to Dr. Saxinger would result in typos, etc (looking for our edit button, @jack).

And Dr. Saxinger has a great point here, which deserves an adequate response.

Because her observation cuts both ways.
N95's are most definitely not the only slice of the Swiss cheese model used by Singapore.

Their other enhanced measures were also aimed at reduction of airborne (via aerosols) transmission, whether labelled as such or not.

Minus those other transmission slices?

It makes...
N95's and even N100's even MORE important, actually.

You'll see what I mean.

N100's? Quick elastomeric respirator plug here (cheaper, safer, more comfortable).

Sure, I now Image
have a ton of hate mail to deal with, but a ton of appreciative mail as well.

@WesElyMD - please thank the patient and his wife for me. Their sacrifice has reached a ton of new people....and mostly younger folks, to boot.
Looks like it's slowing down.

Some fantastic educational opportunities in the comments I am starting to go through.
