NEW: Defense lawyer for so-called "QAnon Shaman" Jacob Chansley files another motion to get him released from jail in Jan 6 case

Including allegation that US Justice Dept is taking power away from frontline prosecutors to cut plea deals

Chansley's defense lawyer also argues the feds are inappropriately citing Chansley's "Shaman" beliefs in arguments to hold him ... and attorney makes this comparison ==>
As others have.... Chansley's lawyer says his client traveled to the Capitol at what was understood to be "the request of then President Trump"
And... then..... there's this passage about Chansley's mother's support for Ronald Reagan "leading up to the national election of 1982".....

I'll note that's a year Reagan was NOT on the ballot
Chansley was transported to federal prison facility in Colorado for competency exam, per recent court filings
He's being held pending future hearings. He's pleaded not guilty

Attorney for Jan 6 defendant Doug Jensen says "crowd hysteria" coupled w/"information that was promulgated over internet & news, brought about event that would never have happened

Feds allege Mock has conviction in 2010 in which he held gun to kids' heads and assaulted bystander who intervened, calling her a f**** b****
