Pains me to do this, but I am starting another thread - this of those found & ID’d.

Will add photos & stories when possible. Respect for families is my #1 priority.

1. Stacie Fang, mother of teen seen rescued from rubble, also pulled out but died from injuries. #SurfsideStrong Image
I have heard that Fang’s family ask her photos not be shown, so until I hear otherwise… sharing this statement from the family printed by our news partner @MiamiHerald. Image
2 & 3. Antonio & Gladys Lozano, unit 903.

Chief meteorologist @PhilFerro7 of @wsvn, another news station in South Florida, shared that the Lozanos were his uncle & Godmother 💔. Image
A heartbreaking interview with their sons from @AustinCarterTV on Friday.

Sergio lives nearby. When he heard the boom, he thought it was a tornado & went to go help his parents. What he saw… he didn’t know what to think.

“My parents’ apartment is not there. It’s gone.”
4. Manuel Lafont, 54, unit 801 (family corrected @MiamiDadePD original report).

His ex wife Adriana sharing this on her FB: “My partner for so many years, father of my children who scolds me and loves me at the same time…Manny, Daddy, we want to hug you again…” ImageImageImageImage
5. Dad of 26yo Luis Bermudez shared a heartbreaking update.

“God decided he wanted another Angel in heaven. I still do not believe it. I love you and will love you forever. You are and will be the best in my life.” (translated from Spanish). ImageImage
In a note, Luis Bermudez Sr. writes:

My “Luiyo” You gave me everything, rest in peace, now with “Bello.” I will miss you my whole life. We’ll see each other soon. I will never leave you alone. Image
A former teacher shares: “Luis Andres is an example of courage and bravery FOR ALL of us. From his wheelchair and as a lifelong battler of muscular dystrophy, Luis taught us more about COURAGE, PERSEVERANCE…He was the embodiment of what it means to be a true SILENT WARRIOR.” Image
6. Luis’s mom, Ana Ortiz, also recovered.

Her husband, Frank Kleiman & the rest of their family are still unaccounted for.

Ana was only 46😔. ImageImageImage
7 & 8. Cristina Beatriz Elvira & Leon Oliwkowicz, 74 & 81. Loved ones were especially concerned as the two were hearing-impaired. Image
Another detail giving you an idea of who Cristina & Leon were - they had 11 grandchildren.
9. 55yo Frank Kleiman (Ana Ortiz’s husband & Luis Bermudez’s stepfather) has sadly been recovered. He is among the names identified by @MiamiDadePD tonight.

His brother Jay Kleiman and mother Nancy Kleiman are still unaccounted for. ImageImage
10. Michael David Altman, 50yo, unit 1101.

He was one of the first reported missing by family to @CBSMiami after they checked all hospitals. Image
11. Marcus Guara, 52. He was recovered sometime Saturday, his ID released by @MiamiDadePD today (Monday).

Ana, 41, and his daughter 11yo Lucia and 4yo Emma are still unaccounted for. Image
As of Monday night, we now know who all 11 victims who have been recovered are.

Praying praying praying for these families and the ones of those still waiting in agony & awaiting news. 150 people are unaccounted for right now.
"I was told they were in bed together...the end of the romantic story."

A 59 year love story. Sergio Lozano says he did not have hope & just prayed they went quick & would be together.

80 and 82 years old, the couple met when they were just 12 in Cuba.

12. Hilda Noriega, 92, identified as one of the bodies recovered.

She was the mother of the @NorthBayVillage Police Chief & the matriarch, heart and soul, of this family.

Thinking of & praying for the Noriega family 😔🙏🏼 ImageImageImage
Her grandson Mike spoke live on @CBSMiami and we were all so incredibly moved by his unwavering faith.

They had rushed to the scene, and found birthday cards & photos belonging to Hilda in the debris.
Hilda ‘Kima’ Noriega’s grandson penned a touching note on Instagram, asking us to share her story & remember how she lived, not how she died.

We will do that Mike 💔🙏🏼

More incredibly moving & strong words of faith & thoughts with first responders. @CBSMiami ImageImageImageImage
13-15. Anaely Rodriguez…Emma & Lucia Guara (family of Marcus Guara) are among the newly identified.

Lucia & Emma are the 4 & 10 year old girls we learned about today. No words to describe this devastation. Image
16. 21yo Andreas Giannitsopoulos was also among the recovered

He was visiting his father’s best friend, Manny Lafont, also among the recovered.

According to this @gofundme, he was an incoming senior at @VanderbiltU and an old soul that impacts every heart. ImageImage
As of Wednesday night, 16 of the 18 bodies recovered have been identified. Image
The type of family and young girls the Guaras were. On his Facebook page, Marcus proudly shared how Lucia donated her piggy bank savings to @StJude… said those kids needed it more.

Ugh. This is all too heartbreaking. A whole family. Gone. ImageImageImageImage
These beautiful angels.

Lucia & Emma are the first children we’ve learned of killed.

Only 10 & 4.

@MayorDaniella: “Any loss of life, especially given the devastating nature of this event, is a tragedy—but the loss of our children is a grief too great to bear.” @CBSMiami Image
17. Magaly Elena Delgado was identified by @MiamiDadePD last night.

The 80yo from Cuba lost her husband to COVID-19.

Her daughter tells @CNN that she was at a conference the night before & couldn’t talk when Delgado called.

“I’ll call her tomorrow morning…never happened.” Image
18. Bonnie Epstein, 56.

She was recovered Wednesday but identified tonight by @MiamiDadePD along with 2 others.

Her husband David us still unaccounted for. @CBSMiami Image
19 & 20. Claudio Bonnefoy, 85 & Maria Obias-Bonnefoy, 69.

Claudio was a lawyer & asecond uncle of a former President of Chile.

Maria’s nephew says she would’ve been so happy @POTUS met with her family.

The two were avid travelers ❤️.

Both were recovered today. ImageImage
21. The 7 year old daughter of a @CityofMiamiFire firefighter was also recovered today.

Since @MiamiDadePD said her family requested she not be ID’d, I am honoring that & won’t be naming her here.

Praying for all the families who received horrible news today🙏🏼 Image
As of Friday night, 21 of 22 people confirmed recovered have been identified by @MiamiDadePD.
22. Graciela Cattarossi, a dedicated 48yo mom, was identified over the weekend.

Those who knew her say she was a talented photographer who traveled the world, but her pride & joy was her 7yo daughter Stella. @CBSMiami ImageImage
23. Gonzalo Torre, 81, was also recovered.

We have not received any photos or much information yet on him, but do want to honor & remember him if anyone knew him ❤️🙏🏼 Image
24. David Epstein was identified today & recovered Friday. His wife Bonnie was recovered two days prior.

Praying for all the families who have received horrible news…and the ones who are are still anxiously waiting for news🙏🏼. @CBSMiami Image
25 & 26. Ingrid & Tzvi Ainsworth, 66 & 68 years old have been identified as the victims recovered since building was demolished last night.

Ingrid went by Itty, from their niece who sent me this photo 😔. @CBSMiami ImageImage
