No. You are wrong. 7.96 lists what is left unprotected after a war and allocates who must take responsibility for them. Hence includes women (because men fought the war).

Manu Smriti 7.97 (very next verse) says that the army gives everything to the ruler+
Ruler then distributes common assets in just way.

However after a king wins, the people in defeated territory become his praja (subject) and are protected.
Swami Dayanand writes here that women and children of dead warriors get their property and security from king.

Manu Smriti has throughout specified that nothing must happen without woman's consent. 5.149 says only family of woman (with her consent) can decide on her behalf. 7.45-52 prohibit warriors from indulging in women. Chapter 9 describes women must be respected and never forced+

I believe Sikh and Christian groups must unite with Hindus and do nothing that harms Hindus. Else they are only making their daughters vulnerable to criminals.
Christian groups must stop all their conversion activities against Hindus. If they harm interests of their elder brothers they will end up being Dhobi ka kutta.

Sikh groups must accept that they are part of Hinduism. Do they come to roads when Sikh girl marries Hindu boy?
If these groups don't reform their ways, it is inevitable that an aggressive Shuddhi/Ghar Wapsi campaign be launched by Hindus to protect themselves and girls trapped in separatist ecosystem of missionaries and neo-Sikhism.

1 A malicious campaign is being run against me by certain elements who are obsessed with gaumutra jokes as Hindus worship gaumata. A tiny clip of my Spaces talk is being wrongly presented as if I am inciting to lynch innocent people if I don't like their joke

Here is the truth:
2. The Spaces talk was exclusively about terrorists & fanatic elements. How terrorists & enemies of India keep making Gaumutra jibes on Hindus. This includes Adil Dar who insulted Hindus as Gaumutra drinkers before killing 49 jawans. Read this thread till end for more examples
3. I called for a detailed LAW with provisions & exceptions where hostile Gaumutra insults be considered security threat and hence banned. If anyone violates law and makes such jibes, people be enabled to act as per self defense provisions of IPC. I NEVER called for violating law

#ChanakyaNeeti
प्रणम्य शिरसा विष्णुं त्रैलोक्याधिपतिं प्रभुम् ।
नानाशास्त्रोद्धृतं वक्ष्ये राजनीतिसमुच्चयम् ॥ ०१-०१
I bow my head to Prabhu(All Powerful) Vishnu(who is everywhere) who rules 3 Loka(Prithvi, Antariksh, Dyu)

I will explain all about Raajneeti based on many Shaastra
Note: original name of Chanakya Neeti was Rajneeti Samucchaya (all about Rajneeti)

Also note that Rajneeti is not just politics. Rajneeti has a goal of establishing rule of Dharma. That is why study of Rajneeti begins with Pranam to the Raja of all - Prabhu
अधीत्येदं यथाशास्त्रं नरो जानाति सत्तमः ।
धर्मोपदेशविख्यातं कार्याकार्यं शुभाशुभम् ॥ ०१-०२
By studying this Shaastra properly, sattvik people will learn Dharma as per established scriptures. They will know what should be done, what should not be done, what is good, what is bad

2. Bhagwad Gita
3. Nyaya Darshan
4. Yoga Darshan

Will create separate threads for each text. Will share Sanskrit verse first followed by meaning. Would welcome alternate interpretations and discussions +
