There was a travel agency with one big bus & 25 plus minibuses. Big bus was driven by the descendants of first driver while the mini buses were driven by their servants. They were simply earning money without spending on the maintenance.

Buses were leaking during the monsoon. All the parts were loose & making lots of noise & vibrations. They had the responsibility to maintain the roads too which they neglected. They & their servants were interested only in collecting money from passengers

Passengers had no other option than to pay the money & gradually they were used to this.
Finally, a mini bus got a new intelligent driver who was focussed on repairing the bus. He changed the looks & performance of the mini bus that others were jealous about his passengers

After every 60 Kms they had to renew the contract & this honest driver got it renewed from passengers consecutively for 3 terms. In the meantime, his friends too got a chance to drive other mini buses. Time had come to take charge of the big bus.

He challenged the family who had ruined the bus till date. Passengers wholeheartedly welcomed this honest driver. He had a big daunting task to drive the bus safely. Buses were not safe, roads were dangerous. Expectation of passengers was too high.

In spite of all these, he started driving. He was driving slowly as the bus was not safe to drive. He ensured that new roads were being constructed. He could not stop the bus for repairs as passengers wanted to reach early. He focussed on repairs while on the move.

He ensured there was a toilet in the bus. Lights were not working earlier. He went for 100% electrification. Some passengers used to abandon their families, an evil practice that he stopped. All these steps were welcomed by the passengers.

Passengers wholeheartedly renewed his contract after 60 KMs. Now, his so-called supporters started criticising him for not taking the bus in the direction they wanted. One person who thought himself to be a finance expert wanted to be the conductor.

He & his followers started attacking the lady conductor. People expected the driver to drive faster. All these years they were ok with scrapped buses with minimum speed. The thankless people started abusing the driver.

Currently the Driver's only focus is to save the passengers till the bus reaches the hilltop. Outsiders are trying to attack the passengers with poisonous gas. Some passengers are trying to help them by opening the windows. Some people are mocking the driver.

The driver is also guiding the mini buses to reach the hilltop which is 36 Kms away. If his contract gets renewed, all the passengers will be safe & can enjoy the fully repaired bus as well as newly constructed road. If not, nobody can save the passengers.

Will the passengers show gratitude & renew his contract? Or believe the thugs who looted the money without spending on repairing the bus or constructing the new roads? If you want to safeguard the interest of your family, support the driver unconditionally.

Even Though he is the driving force he calls himself a servant (Sevak) & treats the passengers as his family. People who were enjoying preferential treatment earlier are spreading fake news about him.

We, the passengers, need to be with the driver even after renewing the contract.
