Bill Cosby admitted to everything he was criminally convicted of in a civil deposition. His victim sued him, and in his deposition, he admitted to drugging her and sexually assaulting her. He did this because he believed that this evidence would not be used against him.

The prosecutor at the time told him he would not be prosecuted. But years later, a new prosecutor picked up the case and decided to follow through on prosecution using the statements that Cosby made during the civil deposition.

So he is not innocent. He is guilty as fuck, but because he was under the impression that when he made those statements they would not be used against him CRIMINALLY, the PA Supreme Court has decided to overturn the conviction.

He definitely did that shit, and anyone who is saying he is innocent is a rape apologist, including Phylicia Rashad.

And it's a little weird she is taking this stance considering she is set to be the Dean of Fine Arts at Howard University, a school with a track record of protecting sexual offenders.
