I welcome the decision of @BJP4India govt to amend Constitution to restore the power of State govts to identify backward castes in their States.

We had opposed the previous Constitutional amendment that empowered the Central govt to identify backward castes in States based on the recommendation of National Backward Classes Commission.

.@BJP4India should accept their motive to hijack the States' power by granting Constitutional status to National Backward Classes Comm.

@BJP4India govt should immediately start the process to amend 102nd Constitutional amendment to restore power to States.

Her reasoning for not providing special grants of ₹5,495 Cr to Karnataka is totally unjustifiable.

This is an attempt to hide her mistakes.

15th finance commission had recommended ₹5,495 Cr to Ktaka as 'Special grants' to makeup the shortfall between untied transfers received in the form of tax devolution + revenue deficit grant in 2020-21 vs19-20.

@nsitharaman, being elected from Ktaka, rejected this.

Revised devolution by Central govt in 2020-21 was ₹20,053 Cr as compared budget estimates of ₹28,591 Cr & 15th FC 2020-21 estimates of 31,180 Cr.

This is all the more reason to pay Special Grants to Ktaka

And also you are not an headmaster to teach lessons to CMs,

First show your responsibility by fulfilling the requests placed by State govts.

When States request @narendramodi to supply oxygen, he asks States to take strict action against hoarders.

Why did he have to increase exports of oxygen when there is shortage in our country?

Occupied beds are 6124,

Available beds are 1487.

But more than 15,000 positive cases are being registered everyday.

.@JCMBJP has perfectly echoed what @INCKarnataka had been saying since last 7 yrs. We are also of the same opinion that @BJP4India is threatening the federal structure of our Country.

Centre is encroaching upon the Constitutional rights of States.

.@BJP4India is forcefully directing States to amend laws that falls under State list & concurrent list. This is infringement upon the States' interest & rights.

This is more concerning in the States with @BJP4India govt as evident in Karnataka.

The police dept & @BJP4Karnataka govt are responsible for pledging the pride of Karnataka in front of the whole country in the CD case.

It is shameful that police could not trace the CD victim even after 20 days.

The victim in the CD is constantly releasing her statements to the media through videos, reaching out to her parents & interacting with her lawyers. But the police is unable to track her. What does this mean? Is the police playing to the tune of @BJP4Karnataka govt?
