Hi Ladies,

If an LAPD cop pulls you over, orders you out of car, then back in car, and makes you drive to the other side of the neighborhood (to park in a hidden construction zone on a dark street) it is ….. totally allowed. 🥴

LAPD complaint dept admitted it on tape.
I taped a cop tell a woman she couldn’t drive because her license was suspended.

Then he gave her an *illegal order* by putting her back in operation of the vehicle and making her drive to the DARKEST STREET on the OTHER SIDE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

The LAPD says this is fine:
This complaint supervisor said the cop had the *unlicensed* driver take the car to the other side of the neighborhood because they were blocking traffic.

But they weren’t. They were parked in the parking lane. See for yourself:
The lady had a suspended license. The cops told her she COULD NOT DRIVE.

They made her call someone to pickup the car because of her suspended license. But yet he put her back in the vehicle to drive to the other side of the neighborhood?

That’s an *illegal order*. Rotten.
LAPD supervisor originally said he moved her because he wanted to respond to another call. Now the excuse is they were blocking traffic.🙄

Lies. Doesn’t matter because it was an illegal order.

Here is the moment he ordered her to move. 18 sec mark he’s telling her where to go.
I chased them on a scooter down Highland but they got away. I turned down Santa Monica and it was dark and creepy so I turned up Orange to go home and…. there they were.

Cops had her parked next to a construction site, in a *No Parking Tow-Away* zone, behind a mobile office. 😡
To get an understanding of how dark this street was, I went back and filmed the next day.

Cops didn’t want her parked legally on a well-lit street, so he took her 2/3 of a mile to the darkest street in neighborhood to park illegally. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Why did the LAPD dismiss this complaint?
LAPD claims the driver was directed around the corner. Absolute lie.

There was a gas station a block away. A Jack n the Box next to that. Why not park there. No, the cop made her drive on other side of neighborhood.

I recreated/taped the route here:
At that point I’m shocked & pissed. I live around the corner from this stop. This could have been my gf.

I wanted to know what to tell the women in my neighborhood to do if a cop tried this on them. I asked the supervisor at the LAPD station.

His words: “Stay where you are.”
At that point i needed both clarity and accountability. This incident was scary and outrageous. I wanted answers.

I contacted the Hollywood LAPD Captain with community concerns, as well as a list of questions/guidance that *needed* to be answered.

My email to Captain Lurie: ImageImage
Here’s the email response from the captain. He showed NO concern.

As has become the norm, he dismissed my community’s *legitimate* concerns.

Imagine being given all the info I’ve shown y’all, and thinking that I’m the problem. That’s the attitude I got/get.

Bullshit: ImageImage
The captain doesn’t live in Hollywood. He sits behind a brick wall w/limited interaction. He really thought he had a better grasp for my community that me — which is nonsense.

Additionally, he was running away from answering my questions like a chickenshit.

I persisted. Image
The Captain finally responded with a list of options in case a cop pulls you over and tells you to go to another location. One of the options (#4) is to go with the cops.

Don’t do it. That is TERRIBLE advice. Do. Not. Go. Image
How dare the LAPD disrespect my community by refusing to take their concerns seriously.

Just 3 years ago two Hollywood LAPD were sentenced to 25 years, each, for being *serial rapists*.

Hollywood cops raped MANY women in my community. ImageImage
Most of all, how dare the LAPD dismiss the complaint. Cops are literally disciplined more for failing to wear a seatbelt. If the cops won’t sustain complaints for obvious illegal orders, what will they sustain?

The LAPD complaint process is absolutely broken.
This is why I cop watch.

I do it to protect my community because the community *protectors* don’t have the community’s best interest in mind. LAPD’s main goal is to protect the LAPD. I’ll protect my community by documenting wrongdoing. You should, too.

Film the police, y’all.
It has been made clear that the LAPD will overlook misconduct. They refuse to discipline officers.

At this point the only recourse is to add all cops I have complaints against to an online searchable database. Defense attorneys need to know of the officers’ misconduct.

Hi @OIGLABOPC,

From my understanding, it’s against LAPD policy to photograph a person in handcuffs. Can you ask the Lt why they’re breaking LAPD policy.

Also, let this serve as a formal complaint. Please send receipt.
Why does this LAPD Lt feel the need to mention the person was homeless?

We taxpayers cover $255,678 in pay and benefits for this cop. I’d rather that quarter million dollars go to housing people. This cop probably doesn’t even live in LA. Image
Ensley was attached to the command that handled the 2015 Special Olympics.

During that time, they LAPD *lost* three of the participants. How did mismanage the event that badly?

Total incompetence. ImageImageImage

Wilcox & Hollywood Blvd, Friday, 10:52 PM:

I was at the LAPD station documenting cops’ illegal tints when I heard this stop on radio. Got there are saw kids handcuffed.

Reason: TINTS.

How do we go from a minor infraction, to handcuffs? This does *not* happen if you’re White.
I begin interviewing the kids. They confirm they were stopped and immediately ordered-out and handcuffed over the *tints*.

But the front windows were rolled-down. How can you tell if the tints are illegal if the windows were down? On top of it, they were *legal* tints. 😒
Not the first time I’ve seen this LAPD cop handcuff someone over tints. One time he stopped Black kids walking, handcuffed and searched (mistakenly thought they were smoking weed) and released. Then same cops immediately pulled them over and handcuffed again (citing tints).

We all think the cops or their fanatical supporters were responsible.
My son was shot 17 times by three masked shooters. That’s an assassination.
The detectives are trash.

Other than a call asking if Moore could call me, I talked to the detective ONE fucking time (and that was when I WENT LOOKING FOR HER). During that convo she asked if I had my sons passwords. You waited a week?

These fuckers left casings at the scene.

Meet LAPD Frank Lopez (@frank_slo). This out-of-control cop is actually a supervisor of other cops.

Imagine that?

He gives us two directions to leave. We chose one. He then changes his mind. Then says “you have one minute to leave.” But he arrests after 4 seconds.🥴
In this video Lopez says she has *one minute* to leave. In this video he arrests her. But the video is *nine seconds* in total.

Lopez’s math is wrong.
The cop who picked up my phone hit record by accident. 😁

LOPEZ: Take it up with the judge.

Going to demand the City Attorney *not* drop this charge. I want to take it to trial. I want Lopez on the stand. I want to *personally* cross-examine him. Then place him on a Brady List.

Real talk: I’m *not* convinced the LAPD or their lovers had nothing to do with my son’s murder.

I lean that way more and more each day.
People around me wonder the same.

My family knows how I was constantly being followed by different cars — especially after filming shitty police stops.
I think the LAPD has no business investigating my son’s murder.

Someone else needs to step in.
