How I made my first 100k - Thread

In this thread I’m going to take you on a journey from having $300 dollars in my bank account up until the day i reached $100,000.
It started when i was in 10th grade, I really wanted a car, cool clothes and just money to spend so that i could have friends and enjoy life.

So i looked for ways to make money.

My school sold muffins for 1.50 and literally everyone would buy them.
I went to Costo with my mom and what do you know i find the same exact muffins for sale in a huge pack.

It would cost me like 50 cents per muffin and i imagined selling them for 1 dollar.
I swear to god i did this in high school. I made about 10 bucks before a teacher told me i couldn’t do it anymore.

Current net worth: $300
The next idea i had was to flip things, i got this idea from my girlfriends mom who would buy furniture and repaint it and then sell it.

I went on offer-up and found old, ugly go karts that still worked and did the exact same thing.
Turns out you can make 100 bucks profit just for making it pretty. The most i made on a kart was 175 profit, took me a day to clean it up and sell it.

Current net worth: $800
Im currently 16 and decide i should get a job since i’m able to now.

I apply at Tillys, got denied, so i go to taco bell and KFC (joint building) and got hired.

Currently making 8.25 an hour.

I save up and buy a SAAB 9-3 for 2k (my mom helped with a few hundred bucks).
2 weeks later i run over some shit and my oil pan explodes… That sucks i don’t have a car to get to work with.

1 month and 300 bucks later i get my car back and i immediately sell it for 2,400.
Thats when I learned i could flip cars, but the issue was i had little money to start.

Current net worth: $2,000
When i was 17 i started working at a car wash.

I was vacuuming cars for 9 bucks an hour, working longer but also getting 20-40 bucks in tips per day.

I do this for a few months and then start working at an auto glass company selling windshields.
I was averaging 350 bucks per week here, making 600 in good weeks.

Current net worth: $5,500
Bought a sexy g35 for 4,800 just in time for senior year.

I was so fucking happy man, everyone thought i had the dopest car, it was rad.

I had earned the shit out of it too.
Ended up flipping that car for about 800 profit and then i started working as a care giver.

I was making 15 an hour and i bought a newer Volkswagen Jetta i bought for like 6,300.

Ended up selling the Jetta for 500 profit and bought an Audi a5 from an auction.
It had more issues than i thought and i wanted to get rid of it so i took a 400 loss on this one :/

Immediately bought an 04 purple ford fusion for 4k.

Current net worth: $6,800
Got enrolled in college to become a nurse

I remember at this point learning that i could rent out properties and make passive income, i knew thats what i wanted.

I discovered Graham Stephan.
Immediately got so inspired by him and dropped out of college to put myself through real estate school.

I was responsible for paying for my own tuition so my mom didn’t have much of a say.
Was in real estate school and learned that we only make money when we sell and i’m 18 so it might be a while before i make a sale.

“How to make money online” is what i searched on youtube that day.

Discovered Disilva, Rory and Thaddeus.

Learned about drop shipping.
First store was a bust but then i made a lion bracelet store, i was attempting to create a niche store and sell the products on niche theme pages.

Made my first sale online.

CHA-CHING

The lion store was unprofitable that changed my life forever.

Current net worth: $6,500
After the lion store, I made a watch and accessory store, I tried a few pages that were small and it was not working well, barley profitable.

I was almost ready to give up and thank god i didn’t.
I said fuck it, and tried advertising on a big page and if that didn’t work then i’d move on.

That day i made 110 bucks from care giving and 450 from drop-shipping.

Holy fuck.
I vividly remember jumping in excitement when i got home.

I was so damn happy that something really worked.

For the next three months i worked as a caregiver during the day, and when i had down time i would be on my laptop working on drop-shipping.

Net worth: 18,000
Currently 18, I took the accessories store to about 35k in revenue but after that i learned FB ads.

Thats when the moon lamp was popular.
I started that store and then 1 other and was able to get almost $800 per day for a couple months.

During the buying season i was able to make up to $2,500 some days.
At this point i stopped pursuing real estate all together, now its online business until i can straight up by houses and rent them out.

Net worth: 40,000
Drop-shipping was blowing up and i had found success fast, i knew people would want to hear my story and how i did it.

Honestly, i wanted to help them. I knew how happy it made me and i wanted other people to have that feeling.

I grew my reputation and started posting videos.
People started watching, a lot. I grew fast and before i knew it i was making 2-3k every month on the ad revenue.

People were asking for a course and i knew thaddeus, dan, and Rory made a killing off theirs so why not.

Help people learn and make money.
I made a series of videos telling people how i got started, and how i made it work.

I sold it for 300 bucks.

Got a few sales here and there, nothing crazy.

From here on out, all i focused on was growing the youtube.

Finally quit my job.

Net worth: $55,000
I posted a video that went viral

“how i made 991 dollars in 14 hours online”

yes everyone copied my title….
Course started selling well, i had set up affiliates (Pexda, Gum-road), still drop-shipping.

I had taken flight…

This is when i started making pretty serious money…

Bought a GTR.

Net worth: $70,000
I was grinding youtube like 3-5 times per week, working hard on stores everything was going so well.

Then had an idea.

I decided to discount my course 33% for 1 day on instagram and youtube.

I made 16k in 4 hours…
By the end of the day, including everything i did, i made 22k.

I was 19.

At this point i had over 110k in my account.
Obviously i can’t not explain how this made me feel, but it was INSANE.

I had no stress anymore.

I knew i was able to fend for myself and felt like i was setting up my entire life.

I had put so much work in for a little amount of money, and it just snowballed so much.
I hadn’t even started my biggest brand at this point (10k per day).

My 100k day PROFIT was still ahead of me.

But those are stories for another time....

If you liked this thread and want one on how i made my first 1M: Like, retweet and follow me. Why not.

We are all VERY addicted

A thread on addiction and how it harms you
Deep within our brains we have a limbic system that is primarily responsible for the regulation of our survival emotions.

Fear, Anger, Hunger, Sex
Inside the limbic system we have a part called the hippocampus that is responsible for learning and memory.

When you eat or have sex your brain is going to trigger the release of dopamine in attempt to reward you for that survival behavior.

Let me tell you a story..

It's 5 am, cold, my 17 year old mom is on her way into town to get milk and bread. Shell bring it back home for everyone to eat.

In the house she grew up in you won't find a toaster, no microwave, not even a fridge.
If you need to keep something cold, it would go outside underneath the house in a hole. Forgot what they call it.

My family lived in Romania underneath the communist regime of "Ceaușescu".

Say that name to a middle aged romo and see how they react.
My grandfather, John, desperately wanted to escape and see his family living a better life.

Like most immigrants i'd imagine, they really dreamed about America.

So he came up with a plan.

Depression -> Making life my bitch

Thread
Let me start by saying I used to discredit depression before I ever felt it. In my mind it was stop wining and grow up.
It was easy to say at the time.
But I did have a phase that lasted about 8 months.
I was lonely, sad and bitter everyday. My childhood taught me to just push through painful times because they would be over soon but this felt like hell.
My mentality towards my feelings where, “stop being a pussy, you’re a little bitch”. Insecurity galore.
