Thank you for your reply. I am terribly sorry you feel disappointed with the porting process.

As you are aware, we can start the porting process only after the account with Hyperoptic

has been activated. The account was activated today and we immediately received your porting request and submitted it. The porting process can last between 2-6 weeks and the duration is completely dependant on your current provider as they need to decide when they would like to

have the number released. All this is stated in our Terms and Conditions, in the email correspondence that was sent to you along with the porting form, and on the porting form itself.

Please note that if the number with your current provider is canceled

before the porting is complete, we will not be able to finish porting for you. It is your responsibility to keep the number active and in-service as we cannot do that for you.

I can assure you there is no error on our website as we accept numbers starting with 44 and not 0.

Just to make sure things run smoothly we are paying for 2 internet connections for 15 days but no more. After we 15 days we will cancel the old one for sure which means we may lose our number.
