Our Missing Chain Of Command

There are a couple of stories out right now that are both upsetting, and worse, I fear they're connected in important ways. The first is the Jenna Ellis story. She's left the Republican Party.

2) We won't follow either story in their details. What we need to do is find the unifying theme within them both. Here, however, is the second story, about Lin Wood and Sydney Powel. I sure hate seeing this.

3) The obvious unifying theme is dissenssion among our ranks, more seriously, among the ranks of our leaders. Let's look at that carefully. Here is a simple schematic of a Chain Of Command"

* Senior Leader
* Junior Leader
* Follower

4) Let's fill it in now, for the Republican Party:

1) Commander = Trump
2) Senior Leadership = The National Party & Movement Heads
3) Junior Leadership = Local & Regional Leaders down to the Precinct Level
4) Followers = Voters Like You & Me

5) The missing link is #2. I don't mean missing as in not there. I mean missing in action. I mean they're not coordinated, and really, not led. Our Senior Leadership is, essentially, the location where the death of our hopes, dreams, and passions takes place. They thwart us.

6) In the tiny bit of experience I've gleaned at Level 3, so recently, I've found our Junior Leadership to be wonderful people, dedicated and sacrificing, ready to serve. I see them as feckless, but due in NO WAY to their own fault. They are simply NOT led properly.

7) The strongest asset we have is the direct relationship between Trump and us. Our Commander shares our values, hopes, dreams, passions, and is 100% battle ready. He rallies us - both literally and figuratively - and we are a proven unit. We rock. We still rock, no kidding.

8) Both Lin and Sidney are heroes amongst us, stars at the apex of our Movement. They are NOT part of the Party Apparatus, at all. They share our values and dreams, but as we can see, their legal strategy in defense of our election integrity is not coordinated rightly.

9) Still, I think we end up in the same location of failure, NOT Lin and Sidney, but rather Party Leadership, itself. The Party abandoned and betrayed us over the Election. This left the burden on great souls like Lin and Sidney but they're not the right fighters for this battle.

10) Let me qualify. They are ABSOLUTELY the right fighters for this battle, but absolutely NOT all by themselves. This is a national fight, and it requires national resources and proper coordination. Lin and Sidney are heroes on the field alone. That's just wrong.

11) We'll come back to that. We know from military doctrine that when coordinating action among intelligent agents - people with decision-making power whose actions can never be 100% predicted - we need three shared, unifying elements.

1) Beliefs
2) Desires
3) Intentions

12) Mission success DEMANDS that every agent believes the same things. Most importantly, they must all desire the same outcome and be battle-ready to convert that desire into action, coordinated action. That's the definition of intention. Desire => Action.

13) The thing is, if the agents do NOT share a belief that action will generate success, then even when they do have shared desire, coordination will still fail. Leadership rests on the foundation of shared beliefs, and most of all, strategic and tactical belief.

14) We followers don't always need to know what the strategy is. We have to focus on getting our tactics completed successfully and in proper coordination with fellow followers, Junior Leadership, and the other battle units we serve and support. But...

15) But, we HAVE to believe that our superiors DO HAVE a strategy, and more than just any old strategy...the RIGHT ONE! Again, leadership rests upon a foundation of belief. In the end, strategy means that action will lead to victory. Desire and intention are not enough.

16) For us Republicans, it's even worse right now. While desire and intention will never bring us home, there is no path homeward without them. That is, our Senior Leadership are liars. Flat out, simple, pure liars. They lie to us about the desires and intentions. All the time.

17) Read the story above about Jenna and Rona. The RNC had no intention, and obviously no desire, to fight for our right of election voice. Even had they failed, the fight itself would have mattered. We all know, you can't win them all.

18) But they constantly lie to us. They do NOT share our desires. They have no intention of serving us, whatsoever. They do not believe in us. They do not believe in the Republican Party's debt of honor and obligation to America Herself. They are not patriots.

19) In mission coordination, it is critical that the right element be given the right task, the right support, the right information, etc. The RNC is 100% to blame for any lack of coordination and communication between Lin Wood and Sidney Powel. That's important.

20) What about us, what can we do? First, it is critical to name a problem in order to begin to solve it. Our Level 2 Leadership are enemies to America, and traitors to our great Party. It's time we face and accept the simplicity of that horrible truth.

21) Another time we'll do a deep dive into the concept of self-organization. Also, of leadership from the ground up as opposed to from the top down. Right now, we must commence local Party participation immediately, urgently. Monthly Party Meetings. We must attend.

22) We must forge the bonds of friendship with other fellow followers and our struggling Junior Leadership of local Party officials. We must help them. And there is a very specific TYPE of mission we must start pushing for.

23) We might call them:

Anything Other Than Get Out The Vote Missions

We must redraw the lines of America's Destiny. We will never do that by showing up for elections and then disappearing afterward. We need these non-GOTV missions more than I can express.

24) This is the last one for today. It's a doozy. Let's stop donating money to the Senior Leadership's appeals. We have to hit them hard, and where they live. They live in the dollar flow. It's all they're about. Nothing else.

25) Let's support those candidates we vet and support them directly. If we sign on and join into active missions of our own, and find candidates we'll test and bet on, and test again fiercely and continuously, we must have a shot at saving our Party from itself, from its leaders.
