.@RepRaskin and @RepMaloney want Cyber Ninjas, the company that participated in an "audit" of Maricopa County votes to cough up answers to Congress on why it "promotes baseless conspiracy theories" and seeks to "undermine U.S. elections."

A thread.
- Docs that show all individuals or groups with direct or indirect ownership, interests or control in Cyber Ninjas, including board members, shareholders and officers

They want:
- Docs showing previous clients Cyber Ninjas has provided consulting services to specific to election audits or law (Raskin notes: Cyber Ninjas is a Fla.-based cybersecurity company *not* federally backed by US Election Assistance Commission to test voting systems)

- Docs and correspondence related to engaging of Cyber Ninjas for the Maricopa County audit, including scope of work, role of their company and role of other entities or people involved

Raskin and Maloney also have requested by July 28 from Cyber Ninjas:
- All docs and communications tied to payment for the audit in Maricopa County, including "sources, amounts, terms and conditions of such funding and fundraising efforts"

Cyber Ninjas is asked to provide lawmakers w/any of their records related to conducting the audit itself like docs on their policy, procedures, plans and strategies, staffing and personnel, security and integrity issues that arose during the audit plus any interim/final findings

The lawmakers also ask for any docs the company has related to conspiracy theories it has "considered" about the 2020 election, incl. docs about the bamboo-laced ballot theory

Raskin and Maloney want Cyber Ninjas to share any communication it has on hand that might mention the Q-Anon conspiracy theory that special Trump watermarks were only placed on "real ballots."
Naturally, those watermarks, according to Q were only visible under UV light.

Cyber Ninjas is asked to turn over records on "machine marked ballots," too; this theory by CN auditors in Maricopa permitted ballots to be dubbed "anomalous" because the auditor - in this case, unsanctioned by the EAC - felt ballots looked phony

If Cyber Ninjas has any communications about so-called errors designed to create fraud in Dominion Voting Systems' equipment, they also want to review that. And if they are in touch or have involvement with current or former members of the CIA, congress should see that too

Any correspondence related to formal or informal complaints related to the audit by Cyber Ninjas from "any source" but especially federal, state, county election officials

Training materials instructions and guidance distributed to Cyber Ninjas employees, volunteers or other representatives is also requested.
