Author #challenge

Build a novel where the POV bounces between 2 leads

Both of which suspect the other is an unreliable narrator

Maybe break the "4th wall" of the book???

In the end ... Gotta be ambiguous with no clear answer who was the reliable narrator
Oh!

And its on Mars

In a post apocalyptic setting

So each survivor has their own hut of shelter but the paranoia has torrent so vast, no one ventures out of said shelter w/o fully ID coverage ... No faces shown, communication is done thru a talk to text display in chest
*torrent to gotten

@RickHunter7 @catedempsey Well ... We could break this down #Math style

Let V be the formula that reps a products value its user

So V has multiple inputs
> Cost
> Ease of Use
> Scalability
> Functionality (aka it does what the user needs)
.
.
.

& probably many more inputs haha
<to be cont>
@RickHunter7 @catedempsey Well, lets assume V is a linesr formula, ie non of its inputs directly multiple another input

Instead, inputs only are scaled or multipled by #scalars or floating point nums

Thus:
V(..inputs) = {
A*Cost +
B*EaseOfUse +
C*Scalability + ...
}

<to be cont>
@RickHunter7 @catedempsey Cool!

Now that V is abstractly def'ed, here comes the toughest part:

Determining the coefficients A thru however many there were needed

Lets assume we can determine proper coefficients

Next, we need to assign each candidate a score in each category

<to be cont>

discrete vs analog

+ / - volume (discrete) vs a turning-knob volume (analog)
& the analog turning-knob volume uses a potentiometer to set the volume lvl
potentiometer is an electrical control device to alter the resistance of a resistor

Every rule has an exception

Including ^ that one 😉
Huh 🤔 bummer, that claim MUST be false

If the rule "every rule has an exception" (Rule A) is true, then that very rule would need an exception

Lets say Rule X has no exceptions

But if Rule X is w/o exception, then Rule A is false

Therefore, Rule A is always false
#logic
THUS! there do exist fundamental rules / laws that are w/o any possible exceptions 😌

I wager that freelance-ish style primary work is going to become much more of a norm

I consider freelance-ish:
- Uber / Lyft
- Instacart
- TaskRabbit

And TIL about Postdates (see earlier Tweet)
There's benefits for the SAS company, benefits to the employee (flexible hours, catch-22 style set your own weekly earnings)
Well this opens the door to even MORE SAS approaches like a vacation savings holding app for online deposits to save up for that week long vacation from your freelance gigs
