Uncomfortable question, but let's be honest. They say he was unusually tipsy when he left Lou's sometime between 1am and 130am. The AUSA given his case said he was too drunk to tell the police or emts anything....3 hours later, and he was on his phone nearly the entire time.
I'll be honest...i like beer and I have a bladder of steele. But once the seal is broken....you ain't walking around for 3 hours without throwing a whiz somewhere. Period.
We're told...he was on the phone with his girlfriend from 2:05 am right up to the moment he was shot at 4:19:43 am (yeah shotspotter records to the second). Where'd he relieve himself?

From every description of Seth he was an upstanding guy who stayed between the lines. Not the type to relieve himself on a street corner or a back alley.
So where did he stop? Wheeler hinted he may have stopped at the McDonald's on Georgia avenue. Reasonable route. Where's the f'n surveillance video? Plus if he went there then he walked along Howard University. Did dc police ask Howard for the footage?
My guess is they didn't. Because for some reason they never even investigated. As if told not to. And that is the problem.
