Bodies can b seen carried out from there

We dont know how many lost life there and who they are.
Or Why the tunnel not shut down when flood coming?!

2. Moment when the flood was rushing to the Jingguang tunnel.
by the time people seems not paniced or intended to leave.
Looks like there is no warning from gov or traffic department at all.
The tunnel was completely flooded later.

关于讨论川普被删号是否合理，可以从几个层面下手。

1. 言论自由是否应该存在边界

2. 公权力与个人言论自由边界是否一致

3. 川普的作为总统的具体言论是否超出（公权力）言论自由的边界

4. 社交媒体是否应该具备传统媒体的编辑审查责任

5. 私人公司的独立作为是否构成伤害公共自由言论整体

2. 言论自由是否有边界？

从价值上的表达，比如那句名言“我虽然不赞同你的言论，但是誓死捍卫你发言权力”

这种观点认为言论自由应该绝对自由，没有边界。
任何言论和思想在没有成为行动前，都不够成或造成实际伤害，
而任审查由于人自身的短视和腐败，都可能被权力胁迫和利用，从而破坏自由。

3. 而在实际生活中，言论自由则被诸如美国宪法的第一修正案所规范和保护，那么既然成文就一定有其边界，和区分受到边界控制的对象。这里还有消极自由，不禁止即允许的概念。

那么法律中言论自由的边界一般止于诽谤，仇恨，儿童色情等。而面对不同的对象如新闻机构或者公权力及代表则投以不同的尺度。

the conflict starts due to police from different provinces fighting for jurisdiction on checking #COVID19
It escalates into mess riot which blocked whole bridge.

how it eventually evolves to this mess is still covered.
rumor says it started because Jiangxi police dont want to lift the border to Hubei province where most #COVID19 infection reported.
No one trust official numbers even for police

3/ i am not saying this a revolution or protest. But it is the closest thing u can find in China now. After so many weeks of desperate lock down due to the #COVID2019
everyone has been pushed to its limit.
