Struggling with eating healthier or eating less?

Here are 10 helpful tips from "Mindless Eating" by @BrianWansink:
1) Eat Slower

Studies show that it takes your body about 20 minutes to realize when it's full.

If you eat slowly, it will give your body time to give you send you signals that it's time to stop eating.
2) Use Smaller Plates

Using smaller plates has two benefits:

1. You'll eat less because you can fit less food on a smaller plate.
2. You'll eat less because your body will see you already finished a full plate of food.

I've built an audience of 175k+ followers:

• Instagram = 133k+
• Twitter = 32k+
• Tiktok = 14k+

Here are 5 things you SHOULD DO & 5 things you SHOULDN'T DO as a content creator:
1) Have a uniform brand

Have a consistent brand across all your social media platforms.

You want your brand to be easily recognizable regardless of what platform someone's on.

People like certainty & stability–use the same username, images, and bio descriptions.
2) Overlap your audience

Once you built up an audience on one platform, work to have them follow you on other platforms.

-Link to your YT channel on Twitter
-Put your IG handle in your TikTok bio
-Have a swipe-up link on Instagram to your Twitter page

Did school kill your love for reading?

Let's change that.

THREAD: 5 Tips to get over your reading PTSD
1) Pick your own books

There's no assigned reading in the real world. You have the freedom to read any book you wish.

Read sci-fi, self-help, psychology, fantasy, business, bibliography, or any other genre you want.

Follow your curiosity wherever it leads you.
2) Experiment with different book mediums

You don't have to read those small and smelly mass-market books.

You can read new hardcover books, experiment with a Kindle device, or give audiobooks a try.

Try different book mediums and see what works best for you.
