1:- Will give you the basic info about Charvaka philosophy.
2:- will show you similarities between the statements of Charvakas and so called Hindus who have no connection to their roots and still try to term themselves as Dharmic.
We have seen all short of arguments coming out of their mouth you will be amazed by seeing similar arguments dating back to thousands of years . No progress in the field of atheism is made . It is 21st century
Although no book of charvaka philosophy is completely available but there are bits and pieces . Also this philosophy is mentioned in various other books written by our acharyas so that is enough material for a general view .
Now the Philosophy:-
✨About Varna Vyavastha✨
नैव वर्णाश्रमादीनां क्रियाश्च फलदायिका :।
The Karmas related to वर्णाश्रम are not fruitful.
शुद्धिवेशद्वयीशुद्धी पित्रोः पित्रोर्य देकशः । तदानन्तकुलादोषाददोषा जातिरस्ति का ॥
There is no purity of castes , do as you wish instead of following jatidharma
✨About atman and paraloka✨-
The बार्हस्पत्य Sutra states :
चैतन्यविशिष्ट : काय : पुरुष : ( 7 )
The Body filled with chetana is the purusha no seperate entity exist other than this body .
नास्ति परलोक : ( 29 )
There is no परलोक .
शिवलोकादयो मूढैः कल्प्यन्तेऽन्यैः प्रतारकैः ॥
स्वर्गानुभूतिभ्रष्टाष्टियष्टवर्षवधूगमः ।
There is no other swarga and narak other than this earth .The imagination of Shivaloka is done by idiots . Pleasure of women and fine clothes are the Swarga
✨About Brahmanas and the scriptures✨:-
अग्निहोत्रं त्रयो वेदास्त्रिपुण्डूं भस्मगुण्ठनम् । बुद्धिपौरुषहीनानां जीविकेति बृहस्पतिः ॥
Agnihotra , The study of the vedas and applying Bhashma these are the source of livelihood of lazy people
किं वित्तं दत्त तुष्टेयमदातरि हरिप्रिया । Why should one donate money in the form of Dakshinaam to the vessels ?
किं ते वृन्तहृतात्पुष्पात्तन्मात्रे हि फलत्यदः ।
न्यस्य तन्मून्यनन्यस्य न्यास्यमेवाश्मनो यदि ।।
What is the benefit to you by plucking a flower ? Only on tree it results into a fruit . Why are you giving it to the “ idols of stones ” " Wear the flowers on your own head ( Because acc to you God is omnipresent )
About the Rituals:-
स्वपिता यजमानेन तत्र कस्मान्न हिंस्यते ॥
If sacrificial animal attains swarga why not the Yajman kills his own father for swarga ?
गां नतैः कि न तैर्व्यक्तं ततोप्यात्माधरीकृतः you people who are devoted to the animal in the form of cow(are proven inferior)
तृप्तये जायते पुंसो भुक्तमन्येन चेत्ततः ।
दद्याच्छ्राद्धं श्रद्धयान्नं न वहेयुः प्रवासिनः ॥
if श्राद्ध भोजन can satisfy the otherworldly creature , then the son should perform the श्राद्ध at home for his father who has gone to foreign. But He does not seem to be satified
Quoting scriptures or Gods to validate degeneracy but not believing in them:-
As mentioned previously they quote “ Ishvar is omnipresent ” to make fun of murtipuja
Further they say that " Brahma and other Devtas who are worshipped by you , even they didn't rejected the Kama "
परदारनिवृत्तिर्या सोऽयं स्वयमनाहतः ।
अहल्याकेलिलोलेन दम्भो दम्भोलिपाणिना ।।
One should not have intercourse with a woman - this classical order - like conceit was violated by Vajdhari Devraj Indra himself . He had sexual intercourse indirectly with Gautam ' s wife Ahalya .
Charvakas quote " विज्ञानघन एवैतेभ्यो भूतेभ्यः समुत्थाय तान्येवानुविनश्यति न प्रेत्य संज्ञास्ति ( BU २।४।१२ ) to prove that Body is atma .
Similarly they say "Vishnu,shiva used to drink liquor".
Degeneracy and YOLO lifestyle
यावज्जीवेत्सुखं जीवेत् ऋण कृत्वा घृतं पिबेत् । As long as you live , live with pleasure
मांसानि च 14 मत्तकामिन्य : सेव्या : 15 , दिव्यप्रमदादर्शनच्च 16 There is pleasure in eating meat , Having relationship with women , watching beautiful women
ईर्ष्णया रक्षतो नारीर्धिक्कुलस्थिति दाम्भिकान् । स्मरान्धत्वाविशेषेऽपि तथा नरमरक्षतः || Naturally , lust occurs equally in both men and women , but men protect women from the vision of a man because of jealousy but man is free such orthodox system is cursed )
Our philosophies exist since time unknown so you can't say "that we are following such such people based on some common similarities" . But your neo philosophies they are surely influenced by these avedic people.

Acharyas and Their commentary on Brahmsutra 3.1.25 "अशुद्धमिति चेन्न शब्दात्".{about पशु्याग}
The commentary of Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya ji is famous which says
"Do not harm any creature,but that is a general rule, while the precept, 'let him offer an animal to agnishoma' embodies an exception; and general rule and exception have different spheres of application".
Bhagvan Ramanujacharya ji writes it as:-
"For scripture declares that the killing of sacrificial animals makes them to go up to the heavenly world, and therefore is not of the nature of harm. An action which is the means of supreme exaltation is not of the nature of harm"
How many rounds(भांवर) are right during marriages? 4 or 7
In Gujrat we have 4 rounds. 7 rounds are quite popular in UP,Himanchal,bihar and many other states✨
Does the concept of tradition applies here?
Shastras too falls under tradition. A tradition which does not go against श्रुति-स्मृति is considered right others are wrong.

A tradition that does not mentioned in shruti smritis(as मंगलसूत्र) is right because it contradicts none.
पारस्कर ग्रह्यसूत्र of the shukla yajurveda which is very famous among pandits states:-
चतुर्थं शूर्पकुष्ठया सर्वाल्लाजानावपति भगाय स्वाहेति ।
4th time all the लाजा's{Kheels} should be sacrificed in fire then they do the last parikrama as said in 7th sutra
I'm going to cover the Vedic perspective+ I will cover historical aspect also.
This story comes in Valmiki Ramayana,Devi Bhagvatam ,BrahmVaivarta that "Indra made physical relations with Devi ahilya(wife of महर्षि गौतम) . Hence Indra is called जार(lover, destroyer) of अहिल्या.
Indra is called the जार of ahalya in these sections of Vedas:-
अहल्यायै जारेति। अहल्याया ह मैत्रेय्या जार आस {ShādVimsa Brahmana 1.1}
अहल्यायै जारेति {Shatpath 3.3.4.18}
There are random articles on the internet which interprets the term दास, दासी as Slaves or "female Slaves". They try to prove this similar to the western slavery. Lets have a look at their claims:-,

I looked at all the similar claims and I found out that all the articles have imagined "slavery" and injustice just by the word Dasā and provided nothing to substantiate their claims.
Be it the references from the rigveda samhita or the brahman of the samhita( ऐतरेय) They just mention the term दास or दासी. They do not mention what is done to them,what are their Works.
It can't be called slavery. It is "servitude"
A discussion on the term "वर्णसंङ्कर" (Gita 1.41-1.43)
What does this term means?
Children born out of the "Intercaste marriages" or Children born out of the "adultery"? Or something else
Q:- Does the term Varnasankar only means "the result of Intercaste marriage?
A:- The term mainly means such. The other meanings denotes the son born out of "सगोत्र विवाह, व्याभिचार" as varnasankar.
The broken यज्ञोपवीत tradition also result into Varnasankarta.
Q:- What is the pramana for this?
A:- Manusmriti 10.24 describes the same thing. But they are the वर्णसंकरता by प्रकारांतर the main वर्णसंकरता lies in result of Intercaste marriage.
The truth does not lie under pratyaksha pramana it is beyond all 6 pramanas It is called अप्रमेय.
प्रत्यक्ष in nyaya means the connection of Senses with the object. Experience is not pratyaksha...
Simple question how do you know "shri krishna said that in shrimadbhagvadgita"
Itihasa can't be प्रत्यक्ष, anumana can't work here. You are accepting शब्द प्रमाण and then rejecting it on your books. Very nice
