How do YOU increase sexual compatibility with your spouse (or potential spouse)

Married people are going to love this part

2/ Increase sexual polarity (and attractiveness)

Men: Be more masculine
Women: Be more feminine

Do not buy the propaganda that their are "different ways of being a man or a woman", that is BS

Everyone knows EXACTLY what makes a man or woman more attractive & raises polarity

3/ Men, be more masculine!

❌Cucking
❌Simping
❌Losing your frame
❌Cowering before anyone
❌Whining/whinging about anything
❌Caring what strangers think of you
❌Doing house work/chores in the home
❌Over indulging in food, drink or entertainment

Stop doing these things

4/ Men, be more masculine!

✅Get strong and fit
✅Learn how to fight
✅Make more money
✅Face life with courage
✅Be part of a male hierarchy
✅Take care of your aesthetics
✅Set and defend your boundaries
✅Develop your emotional regulation

Do as many of these as possible

5/ Women, be more feminine!

❌Making excuses
❌Being grumpy all the time
❌Tearing down men (or women)
❌Dressing and/or acting like a man
❌Listening to advice from unattractive women
❌Over indulging in food, drink or entertainment

Stop doing these things

6/ Women, be more feminine!

✅Be fit(er)
✅Smile more
✅Speak softly
✅Relax and breath
✅Stand up straight
✅Be radiantly happy
✅Set strong boundaries
✅Take care of your aesthetics
✅Make friends with attractive women

Do as many of these as possible

7/ Build intimacy to build compatibility

➡️Words of affirmation spoken to your spouse
➡️Time together, focused on each other
➡️Acts of service (sexual & practical)
➡️Gifts
➡️Physical touch (sexual & comforting)
➡️Shared missions, objectives
➡️A "secret" between a husband & wife

8/ Learn what your spouse wants and needs

Learn how to please ♥️ each other and practice it

This requires clear and open communication

Remember that effective communication
man->woman is not the same as woman->man

Words can build or kill sexual compatibility, be wise

9/ Sexual compatibility before marriage is no guarantee of sexual compatibility after marriage

Change is the only guarantee

We age, learn, grow, and become different people

Ideally we do the work to grow MORE compatible

If not, we will drift (or even run) away from our spouse
