1 Underwood - Tic Tac - Two sets of 8mm tapes came from his F/A-18. Radar was on one of those tapes. That will probably never be released. Wishes we could release it bc it shows initial contact. Initial contact comes on radar and NOT FLIR.
2 Initial contact (radar) shows its erratic nature. He was interviewed 1/10 of 1% by gov’t as opposed 2 being interviewed by JC. (WTF?) He had jamming cues on his jamming tape. Also seen on SA (Situational Awareness). Object wasn’t behaving like a civilian or commercial airliner
3 Tic Tac went off to the left bc it moved like that and it wasn’t bc of any maneuver his plane made. Once it went off to the left, it disappeared off of his radar and Princeton radar. He tried to reacquire but no luck.

5 Doesn’t think it was a black project bc he would have been briefed as in his previous brushes with black tech where he was briefed and signed an NDA. That never happened with Tic Tac.
