Plus 911 calls reporting sound of shots.

A witness saw a BM wearing a red/white/blue top with a pistol in his hand and a white bag in the other running north in the alley on Emerson Ave N. Another BM in a yellow shirt also fired a gun and ran north in the alley.
Police reporting that one suspect is a 14 year old M wearing a neon yellow sweater, last seen northbound in the alley.

Yes 4 Mpls was seeded with $500,000 from Soros' Open Society Foundation to push for the abolition of the #Mpls Police Department. Those $$$$$s managed to get the initiative on the November ballot. Image

No idea how the stand off at 3xx Oak Grove St resolved overnight (was ongoing at 2:30a), but police were called back after 10a when the EDP "woke up" & was reported with a gun again.
Now, 11:55a, people from A Mother's Love took it upon themselves to go to up to the 8th flr unit.

MPD confirms this was a fatal shooting following a dispute. The victim is believed to be an adult male in his 20s. The suspect fled.

This is at least homicide number 53 for #MPLS this year.
