Each oil well in Louisiana is not just "a well". It's owned by a company. Someone drilled the hole, and is keeping money off of it. Someone is #responsible. followtheoil.org/follow-the-oil…
If you stacked the money extracted by each well over the years they've been hurting Louisiana, the towers of money could be seen for miles and miles.
This should be public money. Local people are hurting, while Chevron executives are thriving.
So I've been informed that I jumped the gun a liiiiiitle bit in putting this on Twitter (😬), and that I should say that this is in #Beta mode. The home page needs a lot more info on it, and the functions are still being worked out.
