The vision may be yours alone, but the communication has to include your team, potential investors, and customers.
2) Define a focused strategy.
Limit the focus to a few critical areas that will yield the highest possible return. If your strategy has more than ten elements, it’s not focused.
3) Get stakeholder commitment.
People who are not committed cannot be held accountable for delivering ambitious results.
4) Align the objectives of principals.
Quantify time and cost goals early, get agreement from all, and measure results regularly to verify alignment.
5) Every process needs a system.
Define and use well-thought-out systems, manual or automated, to ensure repeatable success of every key process.
6) Manage priorities.
You must relentlessly communicate to all constituents the current priorities, and keep the total to a manageable number
7) Provide team support and training.
People are your most valuable asset, so start with the right ones, and make sure they have the tools and training to deliver the results you are asking for.
8) Assign and orchestrate actions.
Leaders must make sure all team members are taking the right actions (and behaviors) on a daily basis to deliver long-term performance. Lead by action.
9) Measure, adapt and innovate.
Things change in a startup, and things will go wrong. You won’t notice if you don’t measure. Measure four or five key drivers, not twenty or thirty things.
10) Reward and punish.
What gets measured and rewarded gets done. Be exceedingly generous with praise, celebration, recognition, small rewards, and sometimes money.

Search engine marketing (SEM) refers to placing advertisements on search engines like Google
2)Social and Display Ads
Display ads are the banner ads that you see on Web sites all over the Internet. Social ads are the ads on social sites, like those in or near your Facebook and Twitter timelines.
2021 is the year marketers prepare for two big changes to come in 2022: the end of third-party cookies and a heap of new privacy regulations.
3/ Make sure that your campaigns in 2021 help you build your first-party data, so you rely less on Other People's Data. The end of third-party cookies will change how digital ads are targeted, tracked and how we attribute results to marketing activity.

2/ Use social media.
You can't ignore social media. Be authentic. Post your thoughts. Post your products. Post anything that you find relevant and useful that would help your audience either learn more about you and your business, or about the industry that you're in.
3/ Use direct messages on platforms like Instagram and even Snapchat or Twitter to reach out to other successful businesses or even to communicate with potential customers who might be looking for your products and services. This is very powerful marketing.
2/ If you can’t get to ramen profitability with a team of 2 – 4 within six months to a year, something’s wrong. (You can choose not to be profitable, but it must be your choice, not something forced on you by the market).
3/ Split the stock between the founding team evenly.

2/ “You know that old saw about a plane flying from California to Hawaii being off course 99% of the time—but constantly correcting? The same is true of successful startups—except they may start out heading toward Alaska.” —-Evan Williams
It’s the same story again and again.
3/ First, a team comes up with an idea.
Next, they build a minimum viable product (MVP) as a proof of concept, spending a lot of time arguing about which features to include or exclude from the MVP.
