Introducing Don Tommaso & #ReleaseLES

It's going to hurt. You still have to get Don Tommaso's - okay Tom Speciale's - Critical Report on the FBI's Domestic Terrorism Strategy. We'll call him Don Tom. Why? I'll explain...

amazon.com/Inside-FBIs-Do…
2) When you read about who Don Tom is, in this Critical Report (I love the double meaning of that term, more on that shortly!), you'll be amazed. I don't formally know this, but I suspect he inspired some of the characters on the TV show 24.
3) But why Don Tommaso? Well first, we're both Italian. And since I'm The Consigliori, Tom has to be a Don. A Don? It's kind of like a king, a patriarch, the boss, and everyone knows who Don Vito Corleone was.
4) Time blurs. Once upon a time Don Tom Speciale ran for the Senate up against Mark Warner here in Virginia. During his run he and I were introduced and I filmed an endorsement, which cracked me up. I'd never endorsed anyone for anything before. Everything has a first, right?
5) Seriously, it was a tremendous honor...to me! Just the thought that anyone would care, let alone a candidate of Don Tom's stature, about my endorsement amazed me. And what a fantastic guy. Both serious and deeply human, patriotic and humble. Don Tom is awesome. I mean that.
6) He lost the election. But he was truly in it to win it to the very last moment. Another time we'll talk more about candidates who actually fight to win, and what their frequent defeats mean, and do not mean, both. Don Tom fought. There's great honor in that.
7) So what's up now with this Critical Report? I don't know it'll succeed, but in speaking with my Don, and reading his report, it appears that there is this key thing the FBI is doing - actually NOT doing - that matters more than anything else. #ReleaseLES.
8) In work we'll do shortly, we're going to follow along with Don Tom's analysis of how the FBI handles its classified and unclassified information. It will be technical, obviously. But every American needs to learn about these technical factors.
9) What Don Tom explains to me is this. The FBI has become the number one threat to our Constitution. And, in fact, it has become the FBI's number one dedication to completely thwart our Constitutional rights. We need to understand the way they're prosecuting this mission.
10) Perhaps those with far greater understanding than I have will correct any failure in the following attempt to understand. Let's try. Let's picture three levels of classification:

1) Top Secret
2) Secret
3) Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES)
11) Don Tom tells us this:

"The FBI uses a handling cavate, Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES), to keep the FBI’s true understanding of the threat out of the hands of the American people and our elected officials indefinitely."
12) Cavate? I had to look it up...

“[key-veyt] adjective - Hollowed out, as a space excavated from rock: cavate cliff dwellings.”

A "handling cavate?" A way to hollow out outsider's understanding of what's actually going on. What a great word!
13) Again, I'm going to simplify, which probably means to oversimplify, but here I go. International terrorism intelligence falls easily into either Secret or more likely Top Secret classification. Domestic threats are trickier. Spying on US citizens violates the Constitution.
14) Procedurally, you can get away with this by MERELY classifying something as LES, Law Enforcement Sensitive. Can you hear the bureaucratic jargon wheels spinning? What does "sensitive" even mean? My layman's understanding is that it means...nothing. And that's its point.
15) Perhaps like a non-answer answer, we might call this a non-classification classification. But we must be clear. We're talking about the "threat" of terrorism, not its act, and we're talking intelligence on American citizens that breaks our Constitutional protections.
16) Let's turn back to Don Tom's words:

"There is no release date for LES. Only about 2% of FBI reporting regarding domestic extremists and terrorism is Secret or Top Secret. 98% of FBI reporting on domestic extremists is Unclassified//LES."
17) I mentioned that you have to read Don Tom's Critical Report. Let's talk about the two meanings of the word "critical." It's first meaning, here, is "important." Something can be important, or, it can be CRITICALLY important. Got that?
18) The second meaning is calling something bad. Your breath smells bad, my man, go brush your teeth. That's criticism. Don Tom's report is BOTH critically important and profoundly critical as in criticizing. That's more important than it sounds.
19) It is Don Tom's Constitutionally protected RIGHT to criticize the FBI. His Critical Report is indeed precisely that, highly critical. What Don Tom is telling us is that it is the FBI that is the greatest threat to our Constitutional Republic, today. Take that in.
20) I won't quote him, or dive down deeply, but Don Tom soon makes the case that General Mike Flynn's case is the prime example of how the FBI attacks our Constitutional rights. I can readily assure you, we'll be spending a good deal of time on that, soon enough!
21) Here's the ultimate meaning of Don Tom's Critical Report. We face a coming totalitarian state right here in America, the former Home of the Free and Land of the Brave. Today's FBI has embraced - this is my word, not Don Tom's - Stalinism.
22) LES "classified/unclassified" information about American home grown, lone wolf domestic terrorists is a genius ploy to destroy our Constitutional rights. Thing is, it is actually and truly and really...

NOT CLASSIFIED INFORMATION!

#ReleaseLES
23) Don Tom has a genius strategy. It is a strategy of hope and American optimism. #ReleaseLES. If the FBI releases all the information collected about Americans, it will attain an amazing, seemingly impossible status. Transparency.
24) The restoration of faith in the American government and its Law Enforcement methods is Don Tom's greatest goal. He wants to very literally save America. He wants us to return to a Constitutional state of freedom. And with his beyond extraordinary background, he knows how.
25) The answer is so simple.

#ReleaseLES

LES is, by definition, NOT classified information. Let's dive down deep for a moment. Forget the law, itself. Let's focus on one of the most fundamental principles of justice. The accused has the right to face his accuser.
26) LES information accuses us, any given American, of the FBI's perception of a threat, a threat of domestic terrorism. But with only 2% of that information released, we Americans cannot face our accuser. This is how you build a totalitarian state. Here we are.
27) Here I am reading this terrifying report. I call up my Don and ask, what other documents do I need to study? He tells me, they're all in the report. I go, no! No, Don Tom, I need ONLY the documents to study that I need. Please! He sends them to me. No kidding.
28) And here's the first one he sent. You're not going to be happy. I'll give you some counsel on how to try to read this kind of stuff, but here's the link. Yes, it's free.

justice.gov/archive/opa/do…
29) No human can keep up with all this information. The PDF above is 314 pages. You cannot think you can keep up with stuff like that. You can't. What you can do is...read the Executive Summary, and then bop around and about by interest or chance.
30) This quote is taken from the Summary: "...we identified one or more Guidelines violations in 87% of the confidential informant files we examined."

I'm NOT trying to tell you I actually understand that fact. I don't. But I do know it's a fact. Context? For that we must read.
31) I blanche at the task. I promised my Don Tom I'd read his report and share my response here at Twitter, and at my Telegram channel, and I have here commenced. But I confess the report is overwhelming, as are its implications.
32) As a systems analyst, I can tell you this. I get the idea of a pivotal factor. The FBI's use of LES is just such a thing, as is the fact that it has been turned against our Constitution. The FBI itself has become a domestic enemy of the Constitution.
33) Those are my words, not Don Tom's. But they are my take from this early stage of reading his Critical Report. Even still, it's almost impossible for my mind to actually process. Speaking of process...where do we go from here?
34) Where do we go? First, and perhaps most important:

#ReleaseLES

I'm not saying that's a great hashtag. I'll be thrilled to support a better one if you hit me with it! But for now, we're going to have to get loud. We need something to rally around, right?
35) Second, BUY Don Tom's report. Read the whole damned thing. Can't read the entire set of supporting documents, although we can attack them. But Don Tom's Critical Report is mandatory in its totality. Here's the link again...

amazon.com/Inside-FBIs-Do…
36) Third, and last for now, follow along with me. Here's my epiphany from this morning. I thought I'd be able to read, analyze and report on Don Tom's report. I realized I couldn't, not all at once. We've hardly cracked the surface today, and look at all we considered.
37) I realized I'd just have to take each step as it came, and share with you as I rolled. You do the same with me, too. Read the report, and share your reactions. Here at Twitter, of course, but also at Telegram and elsewhere. And use #ReleaseLES if you agree with it.
38) The Swamp LOVES all this damned and damnable complexity of theirs. You can know they do. Don Tom is dedicated to making it all clear to us, and so am I as you know. Part of that is just all of us going back to the sources again and again until we understand them.
39) Last point for today. Look for General Mike Flynn in Don Tom's Critical Report. You know his story. You know what the FBI did to him. We've cleaned up the language. "First get Flynn, then get Trump." The FBI used every trick in its book to crucify General Flynn.
40) We're fighting here, not ONLY to Make America Great Again, but in fact, to save America Herself from utter destruction and devastation. Don Tom is our leader here. Let's be worthy of his guidance. This is the work we must do now, and you'll be hearing more from me on point.
Thread ends at #40.

Read the Critical Report. Decide where you stand. Then come share with us at Telegram on topic. We need you.

#ReleaseLES Day 2 @Speciale4VA

Law Enforcement Sensitive is a category of information the FBI holds against American citizens. This information is being held back illegally.

amazon.com/Inside-FBIs-Do…
2) My Don Tommaso - Tom Speciale - provides us the clarity that this is the most dangerous component of the FBI's current mission to upturn our Constitutional freedoms, targeting on 1A & 2A especially. We'll turn to his key findings in a moment. Image
3) But just how? How does withholding LES transform the FBI from our own greatest Law Enforcement institution into most terrible enemy our freedoms will ever face? I'll quote Don Tom below, but first I'll try to explain it myself in layman's terms again.

I Love My List

Let me start out by sharing something about my daily work. As a coach, I never have full information. Every situation holds more information than I can access, yet still I have to make recommendations. And I have to stand behind them. Image
2) What does it mean to "stand behind" my recommendations? It means I have to be ready to be fired over them. Laughingly, I have claimed to be the most fired person you'll ever meet. Thing is, I almost never get fired anymore. Alas.
3) Truth is, those few clients who opt out tend, I sadly say, to ghost out. They don't actually fire me. They simply stop accepting my advice and slowly fade into silence. This makes me crazy. But it is a thing. Clients, instead of firing me, ghost away. Alas.

Communication

Friendships evolve. As they grow, new depths are attained. I speak very specifically of @HelpStopHate 's David Sumrall. David is my friend. Our friendship has grown and deepened over some several years now.
2) The image you see above is from Claude Shannon's 1948 paper on the mathematical theory of communication. Go figure! I was reading Shannon's book again this morning, and work that David and I are doing came into mind.
3) Many years ago, I developed a method of study. I just call it "How to be a truly excellent student." Or, Excellent Studies. What hit me this morning is that it's all about communication. We have to turn to another source, Warren Weaver. He gives us the following definition.

Introducing A New Series Of Analysis

I’m not sure. I don’t remember exactly. Was it 33,000, 32,000, or just north of 31,000 followers I once had here at Twitter? Right now, I’m at 18,145…ish… Why ish? Twitter plays censorship games.
2) Out of you 18,000 followers, the numbers indicate that there are some 1,800 prospects for my services as a coach. Of those, 180 are serious prospects, and 18 are clients. That is, clients in the waiting. Please understand, I don't have the ability to accept 18 new clients.
3) Why should you care? I publish patriotic analysis. I serve our nation thereby. I do not ask for and would never accept financial contributions for my work. Rather, I am a PROUD Self-Funder! I am NOT a PAYtriot. We have to talk about that.

China’s Trade

The always amazing and informative @JackPosobiec posted this image for us. It couldn't be more important. Let's discuss it thoughtfully.
2) We'll start with a quick bit of background. For the full story, we'd have to go back to Nixon, Kissinger, and Carter. But for our purposes, the story can commence with Bush 41, and include Clinton and Bush 43. The key is the WTO.
3) Tiananmen Square was a moment. Bush 41 could have led the world to condemn it, and scorn China's evil CCP. Instead, he granted them the right to oppress their people. He rejected Democracy's principles of freedom when it came to China. The shame echoes on to this day.

The Meaning Of Words

So there I was, yesterday, having a wonderful conversation with a brilliant soul. Our topic was grief and grieving, as a pet is aging and will soon pass away. My question was: do you feel you've ever experienced true grief?
2) I could NOT have been more shocked than to hear the response. It came it two parts.

1) I have philosophy, it helps. It gives me comfort.

2) There is no such thing as ownership. I never owned my pet, as one never actually owns anything.
3) I so profoundly wish I were a wiser man. The philosophical error here was, for my great friend, far less important than his emotional distress. A wiser man than me would have known that and left the philosophy behind. The heart rules. Not the brain or mind.
