2) My Don Tommaso - Tom Speciale - provides us the clarity that this is the most dangerous component of the FBI's current mission to upturn our Constitutional freedoms, targeting on 1A & 2A especially. We'll turn to his key findings in a moment.

3) But just how? How does withholding LES transform the FBI from our own greatest Law Enforcement institution into most terrible enemy our freedoms will ever face? I'll quote Don Tom below, but first I'll try to explain it myself in layman's terms again.

4) LES can be amassed against any American with NO justification or oversight. The case can simply be made, internally, that you are a threat and must be monitored. What exactly will be monitored? You speech. That is, the things you say will be monitored.

5) If they're monitoring your speech, your speech is not free. That's what makes this the worst threat to America's 1st Amendment rights we've ever faced. If allowed to progress on current track, the FBI will become a Stalinist entity. #PreventFBIStalinism

6) How do they justify this most fundamental breach of your rights? They deem you, by your words as they interpret them, to be a threat to America, to be a potential domestic terrorist. It should be obvious how we get to an immediate 2A issue.

7) If the FBI collects your words, your speech, and deems you thereby a potential domestic terrorist, then of course you MUST NOT be allowed to have weapons. We move from 1A to 2A in a heartbeat. That is the very purpose of withholding LES.

8) One last bit of business before we turn to Don Tom's Key Findings. I am not an historian of Resistance Movements and their Communication Protocols. But as an American patriot, I do know we are now, right here, behind enemy lines.

9) When the FBI may have destruction of the 1st and 2nd Amendments as its objective, free Americans are no longer free. We live in enemy territory and must learn to adapt to such conditions of life. We must learn to circumvent the enemy's methods of control.

10) Here's a very specific threat. Either @Speciale4VA or I may be booted off of this communication platform - Twitter - at any moment. Our voices may be silenced. Our right of free speech obliterated. As a movement, a resistance, we must be ready for such jackbooted action.

11) For instance, imagine my account suspended in the next few minutes. My voice is now silenced. Well, a hashtag can live on without its creator to champion it. If you care about the Stalinization of our FBI, you can sign on for the hashtag #PreventFBIStalinism.

12) It's a fascinating thing to consider the educational requirement a hashtag might place upon its proponents. #ReleaseLES requires that you know what Law Enforcement Sensitive means. It requires that you care about defending our Constitution. That's a lot!

13) In future, we'll analyze Resistance Movement Communications Protocols extensively. For right now, let's just look at one last factor for the moment. Friendship. Friends care about what their friends care about.

14) When you're behind enemy lines, the one and only most important factor is trust. Who can you trust? Who will stand with you? This is where we are in America today. A true American friend will be trustworthy to join your efforts in saving America.

15) Let's face it. Such a simple thing as a hashtag, in a Stalinist regime like our FBI is becoming, might land you in jail. If you ever hear I'm in jail, it will be because of my social media postings. That I have to fear and face that is NOT the America our Founders made.

16) Imagine that. A hashtag holds risk, even great risk. Have you heard of the "People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs, which in Russian is abbreviated to NKVD?" You want to read this story:

Interlude: It's time for a coffee break, friends. When I come back, shortly, fresh pot brewed, we'll turn to Don Tom's Key Findings, as much as we can for today. In the meantime, consider the risk. Posting a hashtag like #ReleaseLES holds risk. I need you to think about that.

17) "The FBI claims that international and domestic terrorism are the FBI’s #1 priority and that domestic terrorists (specifically lone actor white supremists and militia extremists) pose a greater threat today than do international terrorist organizations.

18) "The FBI claims domestic terrorism is metastasizing and not going away any time soon."

That's the backdrop. Now Don Tom tells us:

1) The data refutes the claims.
2) Mental health problems are the true culprit.
3) The Constitution. I have to quote Don Tom here...

19) "...the FBI made it clear regarding its desire to circumvent the constitution and their desire to designate groups in the U.S. as domestic terrorist organizations despite the constitution."

20) Our next finding is:

4) "Fear of government overreach and threats to the U.S. Constitution are exacerbated by the FBI's eagerness to ignore the Constitution and their unwillingness to accept responsibility for their mistakes."

21) We have to linger on #4. We'll pick up tomorrow on the coming #5. I was stunned, yesterday, when Don Tom and I were speaking. He explained the legal and Constitutional issue of the FBI covering up its mistakes, infractions, crimes, and felonies.

22) It comes down to the ancient question: Who watches the watchers? What happens when our sheep dogs are wolves in sheep dogs' skins? What happens when Law Enforcement is, itself, the basis of crime and corruption?

23) What struck me from our conversation yesterday is how often I fail to use the Theory of Stupidity. Yes, people are bad. No, the authorities do not use their power righteously. But they also don't use it intelligently. Stupidity runs rampant. Let's look at a hypothetical.

24) Who's zooming who? I have a well-placed Confidential Informant, giving me all sorts of Prosecution-Caliber information. I make cases that stick and my conviction numbers are amazing. I get bad guys. But do I check my informant?

25) What if my informant is smarter than I am? What if all the bad guys he gives me are his rivals, and now he has both the criminal enterprise he loves in play and also FBI protection for his enterprise? And what if, in getting played, I just wasn't smart enough to realize?

26) There are very evil, very smart people at the FBI. They know these things happen. What's more, they see an opportunity in them. It's the Constitution that stands between both the criminals and their often-stupid partners-in-crime in law enforcement.

26) There are countless more good, smart souls in law enforcement that would lay down their lives for their charges and for the Constitution. How do you defeat all the true patriots in law enforcement? To do that you have to attack the Constitution itself.

27) In his Critical Report, Don Tom walks us through each step of the procedural and strategic challenge the evil doers at the top of the FBI must accomplish. As we'll see, in order to cover up mistakes and also take charge of America Herself, the Constitution must be shredded.

28) Skipping down the Key Findings list, hear Don Tom say this:

"The FBI believes the 1st Amendment of the Constitution should be viewed as a “factor, not a constraint.”

29) In his report, Don Tom does not use the word "Stalinism." That's my word, but his concept, and when I shared it with him I could feel his horrified, passionate agreement. If the 1st Amendment is a "factor" and "not a constraint," we have commenced our totalitarian path.

30) As I continue to study, it's clear to me that LES is the pivotal practice that converts the FBI into Stalin's NKVD.
