Wrapping up at #SmartCon is a keynote presentation is @bencxr of #Chainlink Labs on Cross-Chain Interoperability
Cross-chain is not just token bridges, but cross-chain communication and programmable bridges with instructions

Bottom layer is transport layer powered by OCR 2.0

Next layer is CCIP to send messages to contracts on other chains

Third layer is the application layer
Transport layer of messages

In the naïve approach, each oracle creates their own transactions

Chainlink price oracle data helped rebalance the weight of the pool

Chainlink oracle to unstake and restake liquidity in range in each block

Was a beautiful AMM design, but oracle data reflected the past

Next up at #SmartCon is Richard McFarland from @LexisNexis
LexisNexis is a legal data provider, interested in becoming a #Chainlink node operator 👀

Store 2PB of legal law data from the US, 50,000 different providers of that data, serve the legal market

Smart contracts can query legal questions on companies with this data
Would like to see all of LexisNexis legal law data be brought on-chain and used in smart contracts

Decision making information, near term more info about companies (legal news data, M&A deals, business reputation)

Maintain SEC filings, leadership of companies, etc
