cleaning personnel of the Nanjing airport. More than 30 cases were detected at about the same time among the cleaning personnel of both the airport and the airline cabins. One can see this category of people was purposefully targeted for the plausibility
of them being infected by possible contact with passengers so as not to arouse suspicion. However other airline staff in contact with the passengers were not infected. These cleaning personnel were very likely exposed to a common source of contamination at the same time.
Fortunately China put in place a routine mandatory PCR testing so the infections were quickly discovered. But it was already too late, hundreds of cases appeared in the next few days...

there was a post on Weibo claiming the author was aware of a coming Delta epidemic and had warned the local government about it, but was completely ignored and urged to shut up. This post was apparently trying to replicate the western narrative of Dr. Li Wenliang, implicitly
accusing the Chinese government of stifling citizen conscience, covering up the outbreak & causing the epidemic to spread. Within a few hours, the post was read more than a million times. Just when people were questioning how did he know about it, the post disappeared.
There are so many sinister foreign forces desperately eager for the Delta Variant to overwhelm China and wipe out China's Covid success. There must be about 50 000 criminals like Gordon Chang obsessed with how to bring down China and hard at work on it everyday.
They don't dare to say "China", so they pretend it's only the Chinese Communist Party they want to destroy which is politically correct. China had better be extremely careful dealing with these criminal perverts.
