🔴United 4-0 Everton🔵

• United’s 443 isn’t hindering Bruno from getting forward ✅
• Greenwood starting and scoring from RW then shifting to no.9 when Martial went off 🔥
• Everton defence in absolute shambles 🗑
• DCL out with a knock ⚠️
• Townsend (5.5) on set pieces 🤔

🐺Wolves 0-1 Celta Vigo

• Lage struggling to find a system that works for Wolves 😕
• Gibbs-White (4.5) benched ❌ - but subbed on after Traore’s poor performance 👀
• Ait-Nouri (4.5) also benched for Marcal ❌
• Hoever (4.0) starts but Semedo expected back for GW1 ❌

🍷Burnley 0-2 Cadiz

• Burnley struggling to establish any sort of attacking threat ❌
• Brownhill (4.5) seemingly nailing down his spot in the team at RM ✅
• Bardsley (4.0) starts at RB as Lowton is self isolating after a family member tested positive 🚨

🔲Newcastle 3-0 Norwich🔰

• Norwich establishing a whipping boy status early on 😬
• Omo (4.0) starts again as Norwich play a back 5 ✅
• Gilmour (4.5) & Rupp (4.5) both start 🙌
• Wilson is fit 💯
• Gilmour on set pieces 👀

⚒️West Ham 2-0 Atlanta

• Benrahma (6.0) with a MOTM performance - 1G, 1A and hit the woodwork 🔥
• Antonio reminding people why he’s one of the best value forwards 👀
• Coufal xA 📈

• Watford struggled - probably the worst display of all teams in this thread ❌
• Palace playing free flowing attacking football under Vieira 🔥
• Zaha brace (still don’t think many will fall for that) 🤔
• McArthur (4.5) assist 👀

😇Southampton 1-3 Athletic Club

• Southampton fielding a generally weak starting XI ❌
• Obafemi (4.5) starts ✅ - but fails to make an impact 😐
• Livramento (4.0) gets an assist with his first minutes in a Southampton shirt (one to monitor👀)

🦊Leicester 1-0 Man City👕

• Amartey (4.0) starts ✅
• 4231 for Leicester, making Nacho a big risk despite scoring a pen ❌
• Bertrand (5.0) overlapping and on set pieces 👀
• Barnes the main man in that Leicester attack 🔥
• Gundogan playing no.10 role in KDB’s absence ✔️

🐝Brentford 2-1 Valencia

• Toney not in the squad with a minor neck injury, will be back for GW1 ✅
• Mbeumo (5.5) starts in attack 👀
• Positive signs for Brentford winning without their star man ✅
• Brentford creating problems for their opposition when going forward 🔥

• Leeds have not had the strongest of pre-seasons, but looked better today ✅
• Appears to be lack of rotation in the XI again this season ✅
