CBI was slated to submit its report in sealed cover

CJI: Nothing in sealed cover. We want something concrete. arrest and seizing of vehicles is done by state, you have not indicated anything about intention motive anything.

CJI: We had taken suo motu cognisance to make all judicial officers safe and secure. Let this matter be taken up with the plea in which notice has been issued to centre and all the states. we expect counters to be filed in the case.
