What does this all mean?
My old rankings system was more or less just look at previous season finishes, add in injured players as of they were healthy, and then try to adjust for changes.
Though I had some good hits, I also had some good misses. It could be better.
Another weakness of this method is that it likes to hold on to older and injured players for a little too long.
This year my method is drastically different and detailed in a series of articles starting here:
I was also higher on Jerick McKinnon and James Robinson.
Two guys who were solid pieces on a lot of my teams. They all fell come fantasy playoff time, but my higher than consensus backs were huge scorers in the fantasy playoffs

Derrick Henry is coming off of a 2,000+ yard season. That's a huge season and will likely stand as the best season of his career. Why? Let's take a look at every other previous 2,000 yards rusher and what the season after their 2,000 yard season looked like.
1973 O.J. Simpson. 2,003 Yards. - in 14 games.
1974 O.J. Simpson. 1,125 Yards.
Not much changed for Simpson from one year to the next, he wasn't as efficient and didn't get as many carries. The few years after he did well again though.
