This is a weasely, CYA political speech, and he does not look or sound presidential in any way. This is the type of speech Obama would give and get away with. Which makes sense, since it's probably Valerie Jarrett who wrote it

He's talking about all of our operations being holed up at the airport like it's a good thing - not acknowledging that it's an acknowledgement of utter failure since that's the only place we have any footprint in Kabul
