Before censoring, have a senior - really senior) Facebook officer personally (in ink) sign a written, specific, declaration that he/she/xe 1) personally reviewed the material proposed to be censored and determined it violates the TOS, and describe precisely how; and… 2/
And 2) declare the officer personally spoke (by phone) to the individual to resolve the issue before censoring.
Enforce it with lawsuits - per se damages, civil penalties, punitive, attorneys fees. Fed jurisdiction, of course. Yet states could try it too. @Eric_Schmitt
