#HavanaSyndrome is proof we are in the middle of electromagnetic warfare. So I have been diving into intel files, hoping to gain more credibility for TIs. Here's a document: The Effects of Electromagnetic Radiation on Biological Systems ('93). In this thread, I will dissect it.
Here is the document, straight from CIA files, for anyone else who wants to dig into it and try to help make sense of everything relevant to TIs. 2/

cia.gov/readingroom/do…
Right in the table of contents, there are summaries of important highlighted information. In the summary of the first article it states:

"Clear demonstration of an E&M interaction with a wide variety of animal and human biological systems."

3/
Under the second article (The Effects of EMF on Biological Systems), it states:

"Millimeter waves affect the central and peripheral nervous system."

"The majority of subjects were cognitively aware of the exposure."

4/
Later on under another article, they state:

"Humans appear capable of directly 'sensing' 10 billionths of a watt per cm(squared)." (US regulations on microwaves are 5 mW per cm(squared))

5/
Under an article listed under the section "Radiosound," there's a note that says:

"It is claimed in these studies that humans may act like a 'rado' receiver and directly sense the audio information , which is imposed on the high frequency E&M carrier."

6/
Under an article on ELF, we have the following:

"Micro- and macro-behavior of a variety of animals (e.g. rats, pigeons, rabbits) appear to be affected by resonances in the ELF spectrum. The power levels are approximately 0.2 nT."

7/
The first article to read is "Basic Problems of Electromagnetic Biology." Until stated otherwise, the following quotes will be from this article.

"It has been established that every system of the organism of mamals /above all the nervous vascular and endocrine systems/ can... 8/
"respond to EMF."

"EMF as non-ionizing radiation affects every particular living cell..."

I'll also include a useful table to show you what systems are affected at what level. 9/ Image
"When the duration of EMF increases, the adaptation reactions may turn into pathological processes connected with destructive changes in the cells."

10/
"It is possible to develop electrodefensive conditioned reflex in rabbits, but it will be less stable compared with the reflexes to normal stimuli /light, sound/."

I want to discuss this more later, but it's personal speculation.

11/
Additionally, it also talks about a host of brain issues. I've provided another photo here instead of trying to type out or summarize all of this, but it sounds a lot like some of brain injury, memory issues, etc. of #HavanaSyndrome

12/ Image
I need to take a break here, but I'll continue sifting through this document and posting when I can.

13/
The second article focuses on the effects of mm wave EMF on human beings. It's a study that used a therapeutic EMF device to essentially see if humans can sense mm wave EMF. The device sent a wave to an accupuncture spot on the subjects' hands.

14/
Out of 10 subjects, 8 were able to reliably detect the EMF waves well. Two could detect the waves on both hands and the others detected it on either the right or left.

15/
"The prevalent sensations were pressure (46.7%), tingling (36.3%), itching (8.9%), warmth-coolness (5.3%, and other sensations (2.8%). All sensations were experienced either in the palm of the hand or in the fingers..."

16/
"An analysis of the data obtained experimentally justifies the assumption that humans are capable to perceive sensorially the EMF in the mm range, similarly to their capacity of perceiving the ELF fields, which is in accordance with the results obtained elsewhere."

17/
The next passage I want to discuss will show up as a photo because it's rather long and this is better than me summarizing.

18/ Image
Then the scientist discusses the reaction time for perceiving EMF in comparison to other stimuli, being roughly 40-60 seconds, instead of a shorter duration.

19/ Image
Then, the author brings up a point that could be very important for TIs. Instead of being dismissed with no objective testing done, if a TI is confident they will be hit with EMF while with a doctor, brain waves could be monitored to determine if the TI is right or wrong.

20/ Image
Then it's the conclusion with the following two points:

"(1) Peripheral effects of EHF (7.1 mm wave length, 5 mW/cm2) with a 60 minute exposure restructuring of the cortical brain waves in a healthy individual; this poins to the developments of a non-specific activation...

21/
"(2) The study of sensory detection of EMF in EHF range showed that the field with the above parameters is detected at a statistically significant level by 80% of the subjects."

22/
The next section of the collected papers is titled "Theoretical Investigation (mm Waves)." I'll do my best to parse out what's entirely theoretical versus what is being presented from other research to lead to the theoretical implications.

23/
The first theoretical article relates to the Biophysics of Complex Systems and is titled "Resonance Effect of Coherent Electromagnetic Radiations in the Millimetre Range of Waves on Living Organisms."

24/
One of the first things this paper does is reject the idea that it is impossible for organisms to generate coherent vibrations. Stating:

"live organisms generate coherent acousto-electric vibrations of ehf range used in the body as control signals of its functioning."

25/
Much of the beginning of the paper discusess theoretical or experimental issues that have led to faulty assumptions in other research. Then it explains theoretically and technically how these acousto-electric vibrations work for individual cells and more complex organisms.

26/
Ultimately leading up to cite experimental research:

"Reference [1] gives the results of experiments showing that the resonance effect of ehf radiations on the cell is connected with the excitation of the acoustic-electric waves in closed cell membranes."

27/
The biophysics of what is talked about in this article gets pretty intense. Some basic takeaways are that cells generate vibrations and give off ehf radiation, as well as respond to external radiation. It's a matter of synchronization and homeostasis when possible.

28/
The next article is titled "Problem of the Resonance Action of Coherent Electromagnetic Radiations of the Millimetre Wave Range on Living Organisms" and between it being theoretical and the same author as the last, I anticipate only lightly covering it.

29/
This article seems more helpful for understand therapeutic aspects, often talking about synchronization and coherence, returning to synchronization or coherence, etc. It largely leaves out destructive effects so far.

30/
1 point that is brought up is that cells have the ability to memorize EMF influences and it abstractly talks about how the cells might be able to adapt to them. This might be related to the electrodefensive aspect mentioned in the first article. I will speculate more later.

31/
Now we get to something more useful for TI research. Leading up to this point, it had mostly been an intracellular focus, but now I've come to a section on intercellular EHF and how it's integral to multicellular organisms.

32/
"However, the experimentally established patterns presented equally apply to multicellular organisms and in the last case the local EHF exposures may influence change in the functioning of the regions of the body quite remote from the irradiating surface."

33/
"The main means of propogation in the body over distances of information associated with the excited EHF oscillations appears to be the nervous system."

So get zapped in arm and it can still spread to the rest of the body.

34/
"Also possible is humoral transmission of the EHF signals with the moving cells (primarily the blood cells) by generating oscillations of corresponding frequency."

This is speculation by the author, as experiments have not shown it yet.

35/
The next article is titled "Informational Nature of the Nonthermal and Some of the Energy Effects of Electromagnetic Waves on a Living Organism"

36/
"If an animal is subjected to a "specific" stimulus, the region irradiated by the electromagnetic wave does not necessarily have to coincide with the affected region. The necessary "command" can be transferred through one of the information-transfer channels in the organism."
37/
"An important point is that the energy effects of the electromagnetic waves may simultaneously be information effects of the organism."

38/
Then the authors point out that the frequency of EMF matters more than the intensity/power, which is something that has been brought up before, but not so succintly stated:

39/ Image
Followed by pointing out how the informational nature of EMF can be destructive if it affects the information transfer of the organism:

40/ Image
The next article "Role of Coherent Waves in Pattern Recognition and the Use of Intracellular Information" basically talks about how EMF could disturb, thus damage cells, or positively enhance self-healing of cells. It's interesting, but not super relevant to this thread.

41/
After that is "Role of Synchronization in the Impact of Weak Electromagnetic Signals of the Millimetre Wave Range on Living Organisms," which proposes that there are electromechanicl autofluctuations within cells that affect the information/processes of cells.

42/
Another theoretical article is titled "Biological Action of Low Intensity Millimeter Band Radiation," which focuses on the possible role of water molecules absorbing mm wave EM radiation within biological systems. Also interesting, but not super relevant to basic TI proof.

43/
Then comes "Similarities Between Living Organisms and Certain Microwave Devices" and it starts off by comparing the EMR effects on living organisms with the "general operation regularities of information systems," citing its importance for medical uses of EMR.

44/
Discussing resonance and cell membranes:

"Considerable biological effects in various parts of the body, often quite remote from the irradiated part of the body surface, can be produced by an infinitesimal EMR power. This observation initially suggested the possibility of...

45/
some informational function performed by irradiation."

It further discusses that cells and cell membranes are affected in experimental results and that very low power is sufficient for these effects.

46/
It goes on to discuss that since cell membranes are polarized, when there are acoustic deformations of the membrane, it induces an electric fied, forming an acoustic electric wave.

47/
Here's a quote that explains why TIs get affected so often:

"It becomes also clearly why the biological effect of EMR on a healthy cell is weak...and becomes manifested only after several radiation sessions."

48/
I'm going to skip the next article "Radioelectronics and Medicine."

49/
The last theoretical article "Dissipative Functions of the Processes of Interaction of Electromagnetic Radiation with Biological Objects" can also be skipped, which brings us back to more experimental studies.

50/
The first new experimental study is titled "Resonance Effects of Microwaves on the Genome Conformational State of E. Coli Cells," and as the table of contents points out, it largely proves some of the resonance theories discussed in the theoretical articles.

51/
Then comes "Bioinformation Interactions: EHF-Waves"

"In principle, each band of electromagnetic waves reaching the Earth's biosphere could have contributed to natural evolution and may affect vital functions."

52/
"EMF flows within a biosystem constitute the informational base of its vital functions; flows of external EMF are the factors regulating (to some extent) the internal information flows."

So DEWs are using bodily mechanisms against TIs for their more advanced functions.

53/
"Differentiation between energetic and informational flows of external EMF has been discussed...The energetic actions are defined as the actions introducing a change into biosystems proportional to the amount of energy contributed. An informational interaction of an EMF...

54/
"with a biosystem is one where the effect is not determined by the amount of energy brought in but by specific informational features; various EMF modulations, frequency bands, polarization and time characteristics, etc., can function as such features."

55/
"The lower boundary of an information effect is set [8] at flow density (FD), on the order of 10^-12 W/m^2 (10^-16 W/cm^2)."

56/
Then there's more information that leads to:

"Based on this analysis, a hypothesis was advanced postulating that biological systems, adapted in the course of evolution to a low-background level, can respond to EMF flows that rise slightly above the background radiation...

57/
"on wavelengths near 2.5, 1.7, 0.9, and 0.8 mm."

58/
Then there's a description of experimental conditions and a statement of subjects being able to sense the EMR:

59/ Image
After that is an article by the same authors, "Frequency Range of the Auditory Effect of UHF" and it basically just establishes that human beings can detect the auditory component of pulsed waves.

60/
Interestingly it notes that the experiment was regulated in certain ways "Since the rise in power in the pulse is not without danger..." Arguably this is evidence that such equipment, to create both sound and damage, for #HavanaSyndrome was at least possible as early as '88

Hi @AnnieJacobsen, in Phenomena, you said, in the context of the govt still studying psychics, that there is a “huge gap between where researchers are on a hypothesis for anomalous mental phenomena and where the science needs to be for them to move toward a general theory.
However, that is not true. Plenty of psychics have a general theory. Physicists even have general theories. They’re just currently placed under non-disclosure agreements. I am not. I am a private citizen who understands what the government currently cannot disclose.
I know, because I am a psychic and I’m figuring it all out by myself and through telepathic communication, discernment, intuition, premonition, and other means.

If you’re a #TargetedIndividual and familiar with my pinned thread on how meditation and some spiritual practices can help against frequency attacks, but aren’t sure where to start or how to make progress, this thread is for you, to help you make progress, step-by-step. 1/
The first thing to know is that not everyone processes information exactly the same. You can deviate from this and still get results. I am just recreating practices and moments of realization that occurred for me. There’s lots of other helpful people and guides. 2/
I knew about mindfulness and meditation in a vague way before being a TI. People often think of meditation as just quieting the mind, but that is only one form of meditation. Meditation is simply a term for staying in the moment. Many mindfulness techniques are a form of 3/

.@AnnieJacobsen with your journalism exp., you are highly qualified to do the digging about electromagnetic weapons and remote neural monitoring that society needs. Besides the Havana Syndrome cases, there are examples of both US/Russia (‘69&74)tech to read brain waves remotely.
This patent is from a US defense contractor and the Soviet scientist mentioned was tracked by the CIA/NSA (where I got the document) and they’ve stated he worked in a Russian military lab. Additional documents even state that his device was corroborated by other scientists.
There are also plenty of documents to show that the intel community knew of Havana Syndrome type injuries and research in the 70s. Electromagnetic radiation research was heavily tracked up into the 90s, where the declassification largely stops.

Targeted Individuals, I just found a bombshell admission in one of the declassified NSA files on ESP. At least it's a bombshell for all the skeptics who think things like RNM are sci-fi.

In the late 60s, Soviet researchers were using wireless EEG tech that detected signals 1/
when ordinary EKGs or EEGs detected nothing.

"During the Kalugina experiments a new device called a wireless EEG was used to detect some sort of energy pulsing around Kalugina while she was demonstrating the PK effect. Other reports indicate that these same, rather 2/
sophisticated devices have been used to test clinically dead people. When ordinary EKG's and EEG's register nothing, these detectors register some sort of energy."

Why is it that both the ascension/spiritual communities and Targeted Individuals complain of similar symptoms?

Even b4 the ability for neuro-weapons, painful and troubling symptoms have been reported at times by spiritual groups, as part of the process for enlightenment. 1/
This knowledge has been known and even medical examinations have been undertaken (Kundalini Transcendence or Psychosis by Lee Sanella MD) to explain when the process goes "wrong." So there is certainly an aspect of it that is just natural and can be overcome.

However, when 2/
the ascension community discusses things like the matrix and forces that hinder ascension, one area that I think they are overlooking is the neurological weaponry that is becoming more apparent in the world if you do the right research.

If you study the history of psychics, 3/

At one point, the NSA was afraid of people being turned into "parapsychological" weapons against the US, because of existing research out of the US and Russia. Here's a CIA document related to that. Below I'll post two NSA documents as well.
Parapsychological weapon - cia.gov/readingroom/do…

Paraphysics - cia.gov/readingroom/do…

I know some mass shooters have claimed to be TIs.
@shsa_usa I think you posted about someone who committed a crime and was claiming to be a TI.
