With a few #nocode tools, I can revive an idea I spent 3 years of college trying to build.

I was never able to make it work, but…

I’m pretty sure I can build it in under a week and automate the whole thing.

Anyone into aviation? ✈️🚀

I learned to fly during HS. I got my license and went to college in a new town. It was IMPOSSIBLE to find others interested in flying or that owned planes. Lots of talk about how general avi is dying and it hit me that it's inaccessible due to lack of online presence.

So...

I wanted to build a social platform that had a "group" for each airport in the country + all the info you'd ever need about the airport.

Basically a place to bring the community together and encourage involvement.

I tried to build the social w/ WP and a few tools w/o luck.

Most airports dont have website or any 'central' spot for community + info.

Figured that by building it, it'd be a spot not only to promote GA, but a place that local aviation biz could advertise, etc.

Standard social media stuff.

But all my effort was before I learned about zapier, circle and everything that's possible.

I think I could spin up a Circle community, auto-create spaces for each airport, auto-outreach to aviation folk, and auto-share content from various sources.

While building it the first time, I learned that there was a ton of interest and excitement about the platform - but I wasn't able to deliver on it.

Now thinking about trying again just for fun.
