@AGAshleyMoody More: Circuit Judge John Cooper in fact is expected to issue a written ruling today after ruling from the bench last week that @GovRonDeSantis couldn't ban mask mandates in schools under existing law ("Parents' Bill of Rights").

@AGAshleyMoody @GovRonDeSantis If memory serves, Cooper, however, did not declare the Parent's Bill of Rights invalid, but said the governor couldn't use it to do what he did. In fact, the opposite. It's all a bit confusing.

@AGAshleyMoody @GovRonDeSantis @EducationFL Perhaps the written order from Judge Cooper will help detangle some of this. Given the lateness of the day, I'm not confident it is coming out today.
