We're now seeing at least daily stories like that of the school principal physically confronted and threatened by a far right fascist MAGA cult parent just for doing his job.

Trump's business empire has taken some massive hits in recent years and the biggest one is common to almost all hotel/hospitality businesses - pandemic revenue collapse.

Trump is desperate for cash assets. He's literally selling off everything he can, at cut-price rates, from helicopters to property holdings.

For the massive legal defense - both civil and criminal, probably all the way to SCOTUS if needed, and at federal, state & county level (multiple). And foreign jurisdictions too.

I used to say that if something like this ever happened, Trump's friends and donors would help him out (former donors have enough money.) But they have abandoned him. Even they have a conscience - or common sense.

I used to think the Trump family were smarter than to leave such a thorough trail of evidence eg thousands of hotel room nights at 3x the market rate but I was wrong. They're not above that.
People like the Trumps have always gotten away with it. That's how we got here.

Cohen, like most others who were born Jewish, lost extended family members in the Holocaust. Yet he worked for Trump for 10 years. This is what I am getting at. Whatever form our trust in Trump took, we can either admit our mistake and try to make amends, or we can be cowards.
Mary L Trump was born into the family and I'm pretty sure she figured it out before adulthood and has always kept her distance. She lost her own father at a far too young age. IMO the toxic family culture was part of why.
