submarines, nuclear-powered ships, ships carrying radioactive materials, ships carrying chemicals, toxic and hazardous materials, and other ships that are deemed to be dangerous. Failing which, China's maritime police could intervene.
Nuclear powered ships are a safety and environmental hazard. They shouldn't be allowed unauthorized freedom of navigation.
At present, there are only a handful of nuclear-powered ships in the world, and the chances of them entering China's territorial waters are even slimmer, so the main target of this category is, of course, the U.S. nuclear-powered aircraft carriers!
