The defense is asking Agent Cohen, how many homicide investigations he has been apart of. He answered less than 10. Agent Cohen agreed that there isn't scientific evidence of the exact time of #GannonStauch murder.
Attorney Tolini is pointing out that the backdoor had opened 10 times according to the AGT data. Agent Cohen said we don't have evidence of anyone else entering the home.

DA Michael Allen is pointing out that there is a 6 foot privacy fence in the back yard with a padlock to the gate. Agent Cohen said #LeteciaStauch gave many small nuggest of truth but it was surrounded by false statements throughout their investigation.
The state has rested on the evidence presented. The judge said #LeteciaStauch will be able to be brought back on camera around 3:45 p.m. today. She is NOT under quarantine. The judge will NOT be making a ruling today. He wants to talk with Stauch first. RECESS NOW
