- If you force yourself to use more open palm gestures, tendency to lie reduces.

- When you speak with your palms open, your speaking partner will also start feeling more pressure to be honest and truthful.
2. Real And Fake Smile.

- Honest smile involves the muscles around the eyes.

- Smiling without real meaning, smile is only a mouth smile, without eyes.
3. Figuring Out Which Option You Prefer.

- Right handed people give their favorite point of view with their right hand and left hand people people with their left hand.
4. Gazing.

Social Gaze - Moving your gaze between the eyes and mouth for about 90% of the gazing time. Give non aggressive impression.

Intimate Gaze - Moving your gaze across the eyes and below the chin to lower parts of the persons body. Shows interest.
Power Gaze - Looking between the eyes and centre of the forehead. Implies you are trying to intimidate someone.
5. Mirroring.

- Mirroring the other person's body language, indicates you two are similar and share the same attitude.

- It also indicates you are in agreement with the other person.
6. Hand Gestures.

- Hand gestures grab attention, increases the impact and helps others remember the message.
7. Holding Hand Behind The Back.

- Holding hands behind the back is a sign of authority.

- Exposing your body is a sign of fearlessness.

- In high stress situations, this posture helps you feel confident and also authoritative.
8. Lying Better.

- Decrease your overall body movement so that you won't send any negative signals.

- Lying is easier when something is covering part or all of your body.
9. Identifying Lies.

Covering Mouth - Covering mouth while speaking, could be hiding something.

Eye Rub - Men do it harder, women tend to just get closer to the eye.

Neck Scratch - Sign of doubt and uncertainty of non agreement.
10. Head Rubbing And Slapping.

- When you forgets something or made a mistake, you slap your own head to communicate forgetfulness.
